An explosion has rocked NY neighbourhood of Chelsea.

Whoever it was, they were caught on dozens of security cams and there must've been thousands of potential witnesses. 23rd and 6th is one of the busiest intersections on the planet. No way they don't get a lead for the perp(s) by the end of the night.
