She could be deserving of the 2nd rd. 55th pick in the draft over someone's else son

She will be? :oldlol:
Meanwhile there is a player on the trajectory to be the goer. Favorite to win mvp and DPOY this season. You probably don’t even know her name…
I've come to be very annoyed of Diana Taurasi

She’s been this way her entire career. Including college. And after 2 decades and change you decide to become annoyed? lol

haha, I was gonna make the joke, cuz people are always talking about my alts, that my only alt is GOBB.
I've watched a lot of basketball. I rarely say shit for absolute certain because of all of the factors that are involved, but you are raw hating if you don't see it. She's not even really shooting well right now. She needs to learn her team, but she is out there, as I said in another thread, more like Steve Nash than Curry. She pulls it, but she is better at passing than getting her shot off. She can make a pass to anyone at any time, almost. Her team doesn't have good sets to get her looks. I wonder if their coach will get fired. But she can go a whole quarter without getting a good look or touch if the other team sets it up right. That's unacceptable.
She def needs someone on her staff to work that out. You got her and Boston, that's gg. They already make some great connections. There's no way that you should be able to keep the Fever from A. Clark shot, B. Boston lay up C. Wide open 3. But it happens. Quite a bit, really. We'll see how they end the year.
Annnd we'll see how she progresses throughout her career. haha.

I’m not hating at all. I’m just saying she faced a decorated player that has goat status in Diana. And currently A’ja Wilson is tearing the league up again. Clark has a ways to go before she enters the convo of even “on pace to be arguably the goat”. Candace Parker first year was legendary impactful. Clark’s not. But you got her going down as the goat? I guess we will see but outside of winning ROY. Not sure what is standing out for you vs other women who have goat status.
I've come to be very annoyed of Diana Taurasi
And she's ugly and she's a dyke. Ewww.
The Fever has to tailor their play towards and around CC.
People hate her , cause she is invading the black dike league.
I just hope she doesn't get her face rearranged from her play.
She sure looks like Curry in a girls uni.

Not all of us follow female basketball... A lot of people just started watching the last year. Is that difficult for you to comprehend?

Yeah so you should ask “has Diana always been this way?” to be enlightened. What’s difficult for you new to woman’s hoops fans is you don’t do this. Just throw opinions arounds carelessly

Why should I ask that? I don't give a fck what anyone thinks... especially about female ball.
Imagine caring so much about what others think... what a pathetic life you live.
Congrats on being a female basketball veteran fan! your opinion means so much for the rest of us!

Do you lack reading comprehension or are you just a straight up retard?
Never once did I say I don't care about Diana... I obviously care enough to comment about her regarding her recent comments.
I stated I don't care about others opinion of her, such as yours.
Again, are you a retard?

I’m pretty sure you have a lot of posts this year than I do the last 3. I rarely post here anymore bud. You got to lighten up. Life too short. Don’t take yourself too serious.

Shes different, and yeah players are having insane impact. ItÂ’s different when you are a guard though. If you come in at 6Â’4 and have skill you can do a lot more.
Clark could be a scorer and a real pg. She could do 20 10 which is above and beyond any wnba player. SheÂ’s got her teammates making passes like she does because they realize itÂ’s possible. She is getting a lot of boards, but they are westbrook boards. Still it will pump her stat line. She is a triple double threat, she will shoot better, she will turn it over less (although she does a lot of handling and makes the tough passes so she gets the majority of team turn overs.) They get a lot of assists.
If indy makes playoffs she had a great rookie year. They started awful.
She is just a different type of player is all. She is gonna develop her resume thru wins more than anything.
Edit: ipad. Not fixing.

The one thing you gotta say about diana is that last flop she did was bronworthy. Or cp3. And they gave her the call with like one minute left.

Finally got a chance to sit down and write this article, was thinking of you, Gobb.

It will be interesting to see how she pans out. Admittedly I don't watch a lot of wnba but her crisp passes, shooting form and just overall swagger is the most NBA-like I've seen from a woman
Bump.

Yuck.
The issue that some of you can't seem to grasp is that it's silly to proclaim someone is going to be the greatest women's player ever when you have little to no knowledge of the history of their game. I fully acknowledge thatlike almost everyone posting in this thread I haven't followed the careers of people like Diana Taurasi. But if you have not paid attention to these greats of the women's game then you aren't qualified to say Clark is going to be the greatest ever.
Now she will be the most popular ever. In fact she already is. But that's not the same thing as being the greatest.

She may not be the best ever but she is already the most spectacular ever and that's not particularly close. Assuming she continues to progress, it's likely she goes down as the greatest ever.

If flashiness made you GOAT, Kyrie would be the best ever.

Yup... the eye test is extremely strong. She doesn't move slow and clunky like other women's greats. Even taurasi. Her game is smoother and quicker.
There's a reason womens basketball is seeing 10x ratings it ever did. She's actually fun to watch.

I'm interested in all basketball, even women's. Yes, I tried to watch the WNBA even back when they were using a men's ball and scoring like 40 ppg. I don't know every part of the history, but I know a lot of the players, more so an older generation than this generation though, so yeah Taurasi is definitely known.
She's just different. That's all I can say.
I think the assumption of ignorance is a poor one, and if you are basing it only on the fact that people are saying holy crap, it's misguided. I wasn't the only person who was excited about her passing, but I was saying her passing is nuts. If she puts up 20-10 in the WNBA that would be GOAT-like, with the amount of the time she handles the ball. That's very possible. I'm not ready to crown anyone GOAT because a lot can happen, but she has that potential. She is seeing the game differently. I don't really understand how it's possible, but she really is.
She is redefining the sport, no joke. Will she be the consensus GOAT, maybe not, but the thread title is that she is the ****ing truth, and she is. Her game is insane. It's worth watching.
I gotta say most of you people who are saying she's not gonna do it won't watch her, so it's weird. Haha. I like to catch the games and see what she's doing. Like I said I've seen women play basketball before. I am not an expert, but I've seen enough.
Every time someone says 'holy shit, it's real!' it's not hyperbole. It's real. There's a reason people are excited about her, but the astounding part of her game is not her 35 footers. She can definitely grow a lot. I agree with announcers who said she has no real inbetween game. But she is a hell of a PG and primary ballhandler. She's handling the ball more than anyone in the WNBA as a rookie.
Edit: Plus, don't you guys wanna talk about something unique? Something that's not Bron or MJ? This is it. Sure, it's women, but it's interesting. I would recommend you dudes watch her play. It's not 'dick riding' or whatever, but just enjoy it.
-Smak
When it comes to the argument of whether or not she's the greatest ever that's an argument you would be having with someone else if you ever have it. I'm just going to assume that the GOAT is someone with several MVPs and championships. If she gets that you can find some real wnba fans and have at it if it should really be argued. If she doesn't then you really ought not be acting like she is the GOAT just because she is the one that finally got you interested. So far from what I'm given to understand Candace Parker and others were better rookie so she not on pace for that.
