Conley bounced back from an injury-plagued 2017-18 campaign to average a career-high 21.1 points along with 6.4 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 2.2 threes and 1.3 steals in 70 appearances this season. Among point guards, he ranked sixth in ESPN's player efficiency rating and ninth in ESPN's real plus-minus.
Expecting the Jazz to solve any significant issues with this pick is akin to a pipe dream. Still, there's always hope you're getting a good player, no matter where you pick. And despite this being one of the most top-heavy drafts in recent memory, there are some interesting forwards who might be available in Utah's range.
Shouldn't be expecting to solve any significant issues with any pick right away. Should be considered a Gleaguer until proven otherwise
Grant Williams is interesting for Utah for a lot of the same reasons Hachimra is. The height may scare some off, but he's certainly sturdy enough to handle the weight of NBA bigs. And despite his thicker frame, he possess enough mobility to play small-ball 4, and perhaps even some playmaking 5.
what's his length. That's what matters especially to the Jazz
Draft prospect Tacko Fall is the headliner this year. The 23-year-old center from UCF posted the highest marks ever for wingspan (8 feet, 2.25 inches), standing reach (10 feet, 2.5 inches) and height with shoes (7 feet, 7 inches). Prior to Fall, the previous mark for longest wingspan was held by Orlando Magic center Mo Bamba, who was measured at 7-foot-10 in 2018 and was selected No. 6 overall in the 2018 Draft.
Bamba looked like he could be pretty good. Maybe not Rudy good though? This guy is probably too tall?

Williams less than 6'10. That's a guard for the Jazz. Next...

https://thejnotes.com/2019/05/16/ricky-rubio-appears-already-accepted-wont-return-utah-jazz/
As valiant as the Utah Jazz’s effort has been the past few seasons as they’ve made the playoffs three years running, there’s no denying that they’re in need of changes if they are to get further into the postseason. One of their most pressing issues has undoubtedly been the non-shooting trio in their starting lineup of Ricky Rubio, Derrick Favors and Rudy Gobert.
and Exum behind Rubio plus the guys that Snyder loves that play too big of a role and the ones he doesn't that don't play a big enough role
In all reality, Rubio wasn’t playing well and the Jazz were absolutely justified in looking to move him for a much more prolific Mike Conley. And though Rubio said you can’t take it personally, it certainly seems as though he did. When asked about his thoughts of returning to the Jazz, he said the following–
I wouldn't say he wasn't playing well. He was playing like he plays. He just never fit. Never made sense to get him in the first place. They finally had the blueprint of how to build around Rudy and than got Ricky, Hayward left, they let Hill leave, Diaw went to France, Johnson got old and Favors and Hood were put back into the starting lineup
In other words, it’s been quite apparent that Rubio has loved his time with the Jazz, and for good reason as he’s been incredible in the community and has fit well with his teammates despite some inconsistency. Prior to the trade drama, he would have gladly re-signed with the Jazz. Now, though, with Utah likely looking to move on and with him wanting to find a role where he can be a main figure (or a ‘protagonist’ as he called it), it’s far less likely that he’ll be back in Salt Lake City in 2019-20.
good luck finding that role!
Utah Jazz: If Kemba is unavailable, Mike Conley should be target number one

Conley should be their number one target anyway. Just don't think they will have enough to get him now. 4 is still their biggest need. Conley is just the perfect fit
