It seems dumb to me for anyone leading a contender to get into a full out fight. Dennis rodman annoyed every opponent for 15 years. How many real punches you see him throw? You dont take it there when the point is to win games. I can see the benefit of an annoyed opponent. I see no benefit in punching a guy not half as valuable to his team as you are to yours.

This isnt the 80s where you can get into a full brawl and get fined 2000 dollars and suspended a game.

that's what it's all about:cheers: Mahorn/Barkley & Laimbeer fight from 1990 is the perfect example. A huge fight almost as big as 05 Brawl (also in Detroit) over a simple Atlantic division crown. Laimbeer shoved the ball in Barkley's face, and there the fight begins!

I am not supporting fights but I do like to see hostility and fire (I mean real fire!) like the Bulls/Pistons, any top East team during late 80s/early 90s, and of course the Lakers/Celtics from the 80s.:applause:

Barkley, Malone and all those guys didn't get on the floor and start barking like dogs at the opposing PG. Or start clapping and pointing intimidatingly at the 6'0 point guard of the opposing team. Or target almost exclusively white players.
