Jesus would be very pleased to see what humanity has evolved into, which is dramatically better than what it was during his time, where he was crucified for his beliefs.

Yes that is both male and female. Females want to be in charge and feel important like men do. Humans care about more than just being "happy". They want to be important and in control (of themselves).

When you are on your death bed, you are going to want to look back and think that your life made a difference in the world, for the better. It is really hard to acquire that feeling as a house keeper. It isn't really a feeling of "happiness", it is a feeling of "importance". That it is something most of us seek. Men and women. We want our lives to mean something.
