I meant that the blue collar wage average went up because the lowest wages were removed, and not because anyone got a raise.

Everyone still wants gardening I'm glad you agree. So the people who weren't doing gardening before and making $0 from it because someone else was doing it at a very low rate they couldn't compete with, they now get to do gardening at a fair rate - you don't think those people are making more money than before? :biggums:
