You know how sometimes organisations would rather ignore some bad or ill news about its people than admit the fault. NBA doesn't really do this a lot (ignoring bad news), but it was still funny/surprising to see a video that bruises the reputation of one of its superstars put on NBA.com.

"Should I remind you I've done this before?"
holy overblown story batman
This isn't overblown. All of this stuff is starting to add up. I agree at first it was absolutely ridiculous the way people were treating every move the Heat made. It was exhausting actually. It got to the point where announcers would bring up something about the Heat 8 or 9 times a game while calling a different game!!
But all these little issues are adding up, creating a snowball effect. It will be interesting to see if anything happens, or if they just keep losing.
by the way.... i think "bumpgate" is one of the best thread titles i have seen in a long, long time... haha oh geez, i finally have to give konex due props... argh!

Storm winds
Charlies Barkley the other night nailed my viewpoints to a 'T' in regards to how the Heat should play.
Lebron -is an exceptional athlete and he is still playing his style of game from when he dominated in the high school ranks.
Problem is a one man wrecking ball can't beat an average NBA team , and needs to play with a team (team concept)
----------
The Heat players need not multple leaders , but a TRUE Leader and that has to be D-Wade, and eventually over a few seasons Lebron will take over the team.
I hate to say it , but Lebron doesn't know any better , because he is that gifted.
-------
Go back some years to Gervin (Ice man) JUST great individual numbers and scoring titles , but did you ever see a dynesty , or multiple titles from him :confusedshrug:
It's a team concept , and Lebron really needs a authoritarian type coach to coach him in the principals of playing as a team.
Which means a different coach , and a different style of play from him , playing a team concept style ,, and you know what : being probably the best bballer in the history of the game.
---------
Reflect on MJ ... then look at Kobe ,, and now look at lebron.
MJ had to adapt , Kobe has , and I respect his game even more , but Lebron is 'were' MJ and Kobe WERE.
---------------
He needs to be taught , and everyone jokes about JAckson , he would be a perfect fit ,, but he is all most retired.
Sloan is already committed to Utah forever.
That leaves only two coachs that can do it : Jeff Van Gandi , and Riles.
It's in Riles court , what he wants to do and how much he wants to pay.
OMG, John Leguizamo would for sure play Spoelstra in a movie.
I doubt if JVG will want anything to do with riley after the SVG incident.
That leaves riley as the only option left. RudyT and Hubie are pretty good but already too old. guys like sloan, pjax, larry brown etc are not available.
I want to see Lebron try to bump Riley, he'll probably kick lebron's ass lol

RudyT is not head coaching in the NBA anymore. JVG would not be a good choice as he is not capable of taking a team to win a ring.
