A lot of holes in The Immortal's argument but he does have one valid point: Why oppose same-sex incest if you support homosexuality? Honestly, I think either is cool, but I'm probably in the minority.

Mentally developed in what way? Meaning they're not capable of supporting themselves? Perhaps theres a chance for spousal abuse? Disagreements? Arguments? Break ups? Cheating? It's about consenting humans being able to freely make decisions about what goes on in their lives. If a 13 year old girl is attracted to a 45 year old man(which can happen), and willingly gives herself to him, which is consent, based on your reasoning, there should be nothing wrong with that.
You feel we shouldn't put restrictions on people, but then want to restrict the rights on young humans, relatives, etc.
