ok let's go back in time in dallas before the kidd trade, and the whole fiasco.
let's just say instead of trading away devin harris and some for kidd and some ..... dallas agrees to trade away dirk and crew for vince carter and crew. do you think new jersey would want to pull that trigger, especially since carter looked like he wanted out of new jersey? then the mavs would have vince, devin harris, howard, and bass as their base starting lineup.
Can't believe it's all over, poor Kidd. Good luck to Hornets and hopefully they will sweep the Spurs...
I hope Dirk demands a trade. I want to see him on a team he deserves!

The 2006-2007 Mavs are definitely the team he deserved but he led that team to a 2-4 upset over the Warriors...
Lakers will take Dirk, that would complete our international team, well get him the ring he deserves. If u can't beat them y not join them.

Hornets will not sweep the Spurs. They run a similar offense to the Suns, which the Spurs are good at defending, especially a dominant ball handling point guard system.

That is one end of the floor. They have a similar structure on offense, but they don't push like the Suns. Most of their offense comes in the halfcourt. And they are much more reliable defensively. I think they can stretch the Spurs series to 6 or 7 but the Spurs are too good.
i was hoping the mavs can handle spurs. but doesnt seem like NO has an answer for duncan

Plus NO has not inside post presence. They don't have a Gasol or Duncan type player that can demand a double on the block, and you can see when Paul is denied penetration how much not having that post presence limits them. They turn into a jump shooting team which can easily be beaten.
***** Foul from Jason Kidd. That is one of the dirtiest play in the playoffs.
Too bad that wasn't on Paul, then he'd find out how soft the Mavs really are

Kidd just lost a TON of respect with me. What a cheap-ass foul, and ****ing dangerous to boot.

he must have thought it was joumana
Seriously, that **** about him beating his wife was bad enough. Visit some anger management course, Kidd.
