Sharpe's former girlfriend, Michele Evans filed a lawsuit in 2023 of assault after a 10 year relationship with him. She claims in one instance they argued over Sharpe's infidelity in their relationship. And that he violently sexually assaulted her.

That lawsuit is still going on.
