Its always refreshing when a voice of reason chimes in. :applause:

Plus, the comment is in regards to R3 not being able to apply anything of value in a fallen state so my point would be: what would, say, a cpa offer to society if our financial system fell? Nothing. The cpa would have to learn new skills just like everyone else who isn’t an engineer, doctor, something in agriculture or elite military.

Uh, which one of those jobs doesn't require skill?
You think some random schmo working at a library is qualified to be an accountant or a police officer?

Re: How come Pro-Palestine protesters are always young disheveled looking dorks??
You can say that about most people. Accountants, real estate agents, lawyers, investors, police officers etc who don’t have a military background would have to learn new skills or simply become laborers.
All those people have an education except for real estate agents, and they would be useless. That profession doesn't even exist in most countries. None of them would want the US to fall in any case but if it did many could fall back on some experience or education to be useful.
Basically the only people that are living in the greatest country on Earth that would really like to see it fall are people that are so miserable that they could endure even more misery just for the psychopathic delight in seeing others being thrown into misery with them. That's not RRR3. He wouldn't last 5 seconds if his easy life was thrown upside down before crying for things to return to normal. If existence was pain in the US, you think this guy really wants to face living in a tough environment? Most people who are genuinely upset at living here just move to another country rather than wish for USA downfall.

Ah yes the USA, the cradle of civilization. If you can ignore all the fentanyl junkies at the side of the road.
Some of you dudes have never left their homestate. Stop talkin nonsense.

I agree with everything you're saying, but as a real estate agent I will have you know that real estate agents are definitely not useless.
Real estate sales is a global industry, hence real estate agents are required anywhere where real estate is freely being bought and sold. The big companies like Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 etc... they are an international network with countless locations all over the globe. And even if real estate wasn't being sold, there will always be a role in society for salespeople.
And while it may have a low bar for entry, sales is still a skilled profession.

That's EXACTLY what they should be doing in Palestine. Peace would be so much more achievable if they didn't have a bunch of angry young inbred men with no opportunities packed into one spot

A CPA is much different than taking a 3 week course on Quickbooks. Becoming a police officer is comically easy though, so easy it's a problem with how undertrained they are; yes, some random schmo provided they had the requisite iq for involuntary breathing can be a police officer. Real estate agent takes more skill than a cop because you need some level of rizz to sell(I'm assuming), but no more skill than learning the dewey decimal system.

I apologize for having to keep using the D-Wade gif, but the level of stupidity in this post just so obvious and astounding.
There are no "levels" of accounting. You're either a professional accountant or you aren't. It requires a combination of formal education, professional certifications, and practical experience. Someone who's highly proficient in mathematical and analytical skills. You can't just take a three week course and declare yourself a professional accountant because no one is going to hire you.
There's a reason why people like 3tard work in a library and not as an accountant. He's not smart enough.
Becoming a police officer is definitely not easy. First of all it can be an extremely dangerous and stressful job and only a select few have the courage and the fortitude to sign up to begin with. Second, it requires tons and tons of training. Recruit training, firearms and weapon training, self defense training, emergency vehicle training and so on. Not to mention the physical fitness requirements.
There's a reason why people like 3tard work in a library and not as a police officer. He would be ill equipped and too scared.
Being a successful real estate salesperson requires savvy and ambition. You are responsible for your own salary based on your own production so you always have to be selling. It requires specialized knowledge of both your local market as well as the ins and outs of legal procedure. It requires being a tough negotiator and also someone who can manage clients. It's no coincidence that over 90% of all home buyers and home sellers hire a real estate agent, because they don't have the wherewithal or the capability to do it on their own. It's also why salespeople in general regardless of the field are among the highest paid people in the entire workforce
There's a reason why people like 3tard work in a library and not as a real estate agent. This is the same person who doesn't even believe in basic property rights and thought you could buy a house without buying the land underneath it.

It'd be tough to ask a partner of a big 4 in their mid 50's to just up and learn to be a farmer. I'd imagine a lot of mid life crisis depression learning what you dedicated your life to is meaningless now. I just turned 37 and I'd be pretty frustrated if society collapsed right after I paid my dues.
Re: How come Pro-Palestine protesters are always young disheveled looking dorks??
There are definitely very different levels of accountants out there. You can take a quickbooks course and learn to do accounts payable and receivable for a small business, but if you want to audit Walmart at Ernst and Young you have to have a master's and have your cpa before they'll promote you to a senior.
