There are a lot of good things going on in Jazz land, including an incredible rim protector in Rudy Gobert, a great young core, a rising coach in Quin Snyder and excellent management.
Could we start pushing the great young core? It was Gobert and Hayward vs the Warriors from what I saw. he Celtics certainly have better young players and Ainge is proven unlike the hyped Lindsey. Snyder is better than Rivers but who isn't?

Indiana Pacers swingman C.J. Miles will decline his player option for the 2017-18 season and become an unrestricted free agent on July 1, league sources tell ESPN. Miles, 30, is forgoing a salary of approximately $4.8 million in hopes of securing an extended, lucrative deal this offseason.
Theoretically, the Jazz could make all four picks with an eye on keeping Hayward in Utah. The team could select more NBA ready players in the form of college upperclassmen, and hope one of them steps in as an immediate contributor.
Need to quit expecting draft picks to come in and play for anyone other than the Stars especially immediately. Ideally later on in the year maybe.
the Jazz could be left with good, not great, players with low upside on a rebuilding roster.
No excuse for rebuilding when you have Gobert
The Jazz's general manager Dennis Lindsey showed last summer he has a knack for adding veteran pieces to his core who can step in and provide immediate help, needing very little time to gel. In addition to Hill, Joe Johnson and Boris Diaw carved out valuable roles in their first seasons with the Jazz.
Johnson didn't gel until later in the year when he was moved to the 4 . Diaw was up and down all year.
trading for non-star-level veterans could complicate the development of Dante Exum and Trey Lyles, should Hayward leave, placing the Jazz in no-man's land, somewhere between a true rebuild and a roster competing for something meaningful.
Exum is in the last year of his contract! They will play if they deserve to play regardless
Hill isn't signing on for $15 million per year. (Even then, the Jazz would be hard-pressed to evade the tax.) Goran Dragic, Lowry and Paul are the only players who clear 17 points per game while rivaling his assist (23.2) and three-point (41.2) percentages.
While he isn't a prototypical superstar, Hill's next deal, whoever it's from, is going to pay him like one.
Outside Team to Watch: Denver Nuggets
I don't see him going to the Nets for more money. He will take less money to be on one of the top teams. The Nuggets could make some sense. They are close to where the Jazz were a year ago
As the Jazz spend elsewhere, presumably on Hayward and Hill, don't be surprised if Ingles' offer sheets creep into mid-eight figures per year.
See ya! Would suck to see him go the Rockets but if they want to spend 15 million a year on him go for it!

Probably better to try to replace him with multiple players than just one. Despite the hype the Jazz were not deep which we saw against GS especially. Put a better overall team around Rudy.

How does he fit other than as a possible bench piece?
