It's pretty crazy. Someone made up the "groyper" theory and tweeted it, then after it made its way through reddit, CNN and other news stations started discussing it. The question is though if people like heighwhey actually believe it or they just play along, knowing it's fake.

Highwhey was quick to post a tweet about it and then a bit later mentioning "there are multiple reports, so it's probably true". The tweet he posted claimed that Utah officials was pushing the groyper theory, but there was no link to any Utah officials saying this and it's impossible to find it. Other thing that was referred to was the engraved shell casings, with some weird connection that because they were quotes from a computer game, it meant the shooter was a "groyper".

And then this whole ting about blaming the right wing for murders on their own, both when Trump was shot at and now with the assassination of Kirk, it's so absurd and retarded that people would believe it. But if they don't believe it and just play along to try and create chaos, that's even more crazy.

At the moment everyone is just guessing. The murderer didn't disclose his motives so far. Could be a tranny loving radical left to some ultraright partizan.

But I only see one side on a legaslative & executive level demand for retribution so far.

It's not just guessing. Like I said in my previous post, a former super leftist journalist posted on twitter that Utah officials had said evidence pointed towards him being a "groyper", but no Utah official has said any such thing, neither on the record or anonymously. A concentrated effort to create doubt and division is what it was. The only question left is if people like heighweigh is a retard who believes stuff like this, or if he's a retard who just pretends to believe stuff like this because he also wants the same division.
