It's a disingenuous question because the majority of gang members and thugs in this country are Black and Hispanic. So when the Crips are calling out Ja and Ja is flashing Crip signs on the court, then it's definitely different than some White boy flashing a gun listening to country music. There isn't a gang connection or thug imagery behind it.
I mean, let's start speaking in realities. What are some prominent White gangs in this country that are on par with the Bloods, the Crips, MS-13, La Eme, etc?? There aren't any.
So yes, when a superstar like Ja displays that kind of imagery, it should be condemned and it should be punished because that kind of culture should not be celebrated.
