Lauri has yet to show he can carry a bad team like gobert did. Which has made it easier for the current front office to tank than it did the last. Im not a huge lauri fan. I was defending him as more than the scrub you made him out to be now that he is in the supposedly weaker conference. Guess thatvhelps explain sabonis too now that je is in the weaker conference? Wouldn't you agree it's difficult to label a forward who is near league-worst in rebounding as a PF instead of a SF?

He has averaged as much as 9 boards a game. His current role isnt to pound the glass since they play big and dont need him to. They outrebound their opponents on the offensive and defensive glass. Everyone has their roles. Career high in offensive boards

He's one of the league worst in opponent 2nd chance points, but, hey you clearly have some conspiracy theory that this is all part of an elaborate scheme to tank and that he's just doing what he's supposed to do to lose.

The jazz are trying to lose. If they dont okc gets their pick thanks to stupidity from the previous front office. Lauri is doing what the coach is asking him to do which is to score the ball a lot. With no shot blocker id have him at center but id be trying to put the best team on the floor which obviously isnt their plan.

If you believe that Lauri is in on the fix and purposely avoids rebounding to help the Jazz lose, then he's a worthless player and his stats are emptier than even I initially suggested, because no good team should want a guy who thinks that way

Didnt say that. His role is to score. They are out rebounding opponents at both ends.

With a BPM of -3.5 and on/off numbers of -11.6 I think he might already be there.

His 1.8 ft attempts per 36 would have to improve a lot to get to his college level.
