Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
are you trying to say that MJ's 69 was better than Kobe's 81? go to the store and buy something that costs 81 dollars but instead only pay 69 dollars and 18 pennies and see if the clerk thinks its better than 81
Ummm ...
Where was this about simple math?
Jordan contributed to 81 points for his team, as well as 18 rebounds v.s. a superior opponent.
The question was which was the better performance. And that answer is kind of simple.
Plus, organic v.s. contrived / forced.
Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
Deny it all you want. But ranking Lebron at 11 after 1 title when reasonable NBA fans have him at 12 to 15 wreaks of a card carrying Lebronyte. Nice try:applause:
:oldlol: First of all, I never actually gave my ranking of Lebron. Second of all, YOU PUT HIM AT 12  You're making this big of a sh*tshow out of ranking him #11 vs. #12???:oldlol:
 You're one of the best characters on this site. There's no way you actually believe half the sh*t you put on here so I have to assume you're just doing this to entertain us all. Good stuff.
jordan could score 200 pts if he wanted to
lol
He would have, if he could have. Early in his career he was trying to murder folk. If he could have gotten over 81, he would have tried.

Kobe was at his absolute PEAK in 2006. The height combo of age, skill, IQ, and athletic ability. The conditions were set for him to do that, especially considering he put no effort anywhere else on the game. Whether it was creating for others or playing the defense he is capable of ...
That would be like PEAK 1990 / 1991 / 1992 / 1993 MJ playing on a horrific squad with no true title chances going out every night just looking to score.
You don't think he'd be able to sniff 81 given the right conditions? You're an idiot.
Dude put up 35 points in a HALF in the NBA Finals, sitting out half of the entire 2nd quarter against the NEXT best player at his position and the #2 MVP candidate.
It would be like Kobe going up against Wade in the Finals and dropping 40 on him in one half, then chilling the rest of the game.
He could've easily eclipsed 70 in that Finals game if the situation was right. And it was on national television, the brightest spotlight. In the FINALS ... you're a damn retard.

Me having Lebron at 12 like a reasonable NBA fan doesn't have anything to do with you pretending not to be a Lebron fan. Nice try:applause:

Only a crazy biased Lebron fan would have him at #11 but a reasonable fan like you would have him at #12?
Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
I say Kobe had the a more entertaining stretch, but Jordan had the better game.
There was a video comparing the defense in the two games, and the Toronto defense was horrible. So for the trained eye, Jordan had the better game. Casual watcher, Kobe.

AND.......NONE of that has anything to do with you pretending not to be a Lebron fan:rolleyes:
Just gotta love it how moronic bandwagon Lebron fans like you are ALWAYS b***hing about Laker fans not giving Lebron credit. But when we do it's STILL a problem. More proof that you're really a bandwagon Lebron fan. Nice try:applause:

Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
mms game more impressive, but that doesn't take away any credit from kobes performance..
Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
I think people are overlooking the fact that Jordan's game went to overtime.
If Kobe's game goes to OT chances are he gets 100.
Re: Jordan 69 pt game vs Kobe 81 point game
LOL at all the Kobe haters..
A normal person even without common sense can tell you that 81 >>> 69.. :facepalm at all the Jordan stans that can even do a simple math.. They always think that Jordan is the best in everything.. Honestly Im also a Jordan fan but Kobe 81 points was better than Jordan 69 pts and its not even close.. Kobe did it in the toughest defensive era while Mike in the weakest/no defense era.. Both were impressive tho and I appreciate it as two of the best scoring performance of all time.. Kobe at #1, maybe Mike at#10.. :confusedshrug:
