My friend was starting PG at Bloom HS in Chicago area at 5'4."
You just have to have skills.
Height is the most valuable commodity in high school basketball, because nobody has it. You luck out with a 6'10 center, you're hard to beat.

Get them in foul trouble though and they're nothing. If you can do that, it nullifies their presence on the court.
