Re: Last team to have 3 players average 20ppg?
Back to back years, only time this has been accomplished I believe:

Ellis, Chambers, and the X-Man.
The early 80's Nuggets did it four seasons in a row. David Thompson, Dan Issel, and Alex English for the first two. Then English, Issel, and Kiki Vandeweghe for the last two. Though, I'm not sure I'd count the first of those four years, as two of the three players in '79-'80 played less than 40 games.
Re: Last team to have 3 players average 20ppg?
if we're listing teams that were close, 2008 Spurs were up there.
Manu - 19.5
Duncan - 19.3
Parker - 18.8
2005 Suns were relatively close
Amare - 26.0
Marion - 19.4
Johnson - 17.1

Good catch, I was actually thinking about them too because of high their pace was during those teams.
I would discount this season, though:

^Thompson only played 39 games and English only played 24 games. Should be able to player more than 85% of your games to count, yes ?

I'm still waiting to know where you got this. Hill and Snow didn't even average 20 PPG combined.
Re: Last team to have 3 players average 20ppg?
if kevin martin has a few 30 pt games... thunder could do it yeah?

Meh...he'll probably settle in around 16-17 PPG on the season. It'd take more than a few 30 point games. He's essentially doing what Harden did: blowing up from time to time for 20-30 points, and balancing that out (keeping his PPG down) with some 7-12 point games.
Still OKC's top four scorers could end up doing something like this:
Durant: 27-28 PPG
Westbrook: 22-23 PPG
Martin: 16-17 PPG
Ibaka: 14-15 PPG
That's a combined 79-82 PPG which is on par with some of those other teams with three 20+ PPG scorers and a fourth guy around 15 PPG. Throw in 7-10 points a game from Sefolosha, and 5-10 most games from guys like Collison, Perkins, and lately Maynor, and it's easy to see why their offense has been so explosive this year.
Re: Last team to have 3 players average 20ppg?
I remember Dallas was close...
they had Dirk, Josh Howard and Terry.
