-Ops out to restructure contract with rest of Big 3
-LeBron goes home
-Bosh gets max
-Heat sign Deng
-Signs for less than he opted out of because that's what left of the cap
Wade got screwed by everyone.

:applause:

How do you think the front office feels about last season? Paying him all that cash, miss 1/3rd of the season, then completely peter out in the postseason
Im actually looking forward to rooting for this guy again. He has sacrificed a ton. He sucks now but maybe he can come back.
Screw lebron.
Wade was good in the regular season and playoffs vs the East but sucked on the Finals. Get that right!

He'll be coming back now.
I saw a tweet that said something I didn't know-- Wade has never been the highest paid player on the team. After his rookie deal, someone named O'Neal (Shaquille or Jermaine) was always being paid more because of their number of years in the league, and then he took less than both LBJ and Bosh in 2010.
So people who are interpreting Bosh's max contract as being equivalent with centerpiece status are way off-base.
Mor than his market value, but a good contract regardless.
Brian Windhorst
AP reporting Wade will take 2-year deal with 2nd year option with Heat, which would give him flexibility & possible raise next year.

imma gonna guess wade was dumb enough to make it a team option
ni99a is DONE

I'll say, considering that if he happens to retire in two years, then he basically just gave the Heat back $8 M that they already owed him.
LOL how badly did Bron screw D-Wade. He had a guaranteed 40 million and opted out to take 16  that's what you get for trying to score friendship points
You realise how old he is?
Do you?
Bosh is 30
Wade is 32.

LeBron screwed the whole Heat team. Didnt believe in them anymore. Will the HEAT accept that or will they proceed to kick his ass all over the court with a solid team attack?
That's a really generous Contract for wade, 2nd year option also gives him flexibility to leave for better offers or teams next year.
How does he have this leverage when he played like garbage in the Finals and always Injured?
16 million his first year :oldlol: He's worth about 10 a year now
