He had gotten in trouble about 25 times with the Boston Police department and was addicted to coke by 13. He had a civil action filed against him at age 15 because he harassed 2 separate groups of Black school kids- he threw rocks at them and yelled slurs. On the same day he blinded an elderly Vietnamese man in an unprovoked and racist attack, he assaulted another Vietnamese man who luckily wasn't permanently maimed.

reminds me of that incident between jay z and a record executive. jay z ended up stabbing this man in the stomach. got just three years probation.

which i guess is sort of reminiscent to don king, the famous, crazy-haired clown. guy was charged with killing two people, shooting hillary brown (woman) and beating sam garrett to death. for the shooting death, he got off on self defense. for the stomping death (yes...a stomping death) of sam garrett, he was convicted of non negligent homicide and served less than 3 years in prison - must be good to be a king!

Was Jay-Z a random street kid like Marky Mark or was he already rich at that point and could afford top notch attorneys instead of public defenders? Either way, 3 years probation for a stabbing is more severe punishment than 45 days for the attempted murder/blinding of a man in a racially motivated crime.

Don King worked for the Cleveland mafia as a numbers runner. They pulled some strings and got him 3 years in prison. Don't know if Whitey Bulger and the Winter Hill Gang pulled strings to get Marky Mark 45 days in jail for an attempted murder hate crime.

Did Dutton have 20-25 police incidents on his record like Marky Mark? Again, 7 years in jail is far more severe than 45 days.

Been reading up on ISH a bit lately, really epidemic racial themes. Lot of people continue to confuse class issues with race issues. Lots of sensationalism and prodding. A lot of really ridiculous counter arguments and cries of hypocrisy (ahem). Times really aren't as turbulent as all that.
