Re: Mark Cuban; MJ would average 40 a game in this era...
It's the norm for everyone, no one even averaged 37 mins last season.
During the 2002-2003 season, furthest espn goes back, you had 38 players, with plenty in the 40's MPG.
So now your talking minutes? I could see him maybe reducing his minutes but no way he takes games off
Re: Mark Cuban; MJ would average 40 a game in this era...
If Harden can average 36 then no shit Jordan can average 40
Most superstars can average 40 given the amount of touches but it's a losing brand of basketball to have one player score all of the points

Yes, Lebron can average 40 is he shoots 38%.
That's better than AI who couldn't even average 30 at +40%. Different time though. Lebron's 40ppg finals would have been at like 35% shooting back in AI's day.

That was imply, playing less games wouldn't impact your average.
Re: Mark Cuban; MJ would average 40 a game in this era...
Jordan would get 40+ in today
Re: Mark Cuban; MJ would average 40 a game in this era...
What Cuban is really saying is, MJ is better than anyone playing today.
