Australia implemented an app to keep track of Covid outbreaks. But it wasn't exactly forced. They're locking down any suburb with that becomes a hotspot. Victorians aren't allowed out of their state but the fkwits keep trying to leave.

When people go into bars or pubs etc they use a sign in sheet or scan their phone so they can be contacted in the event of a covid case.
