Im 100% sure that the governments in South America where the ones who proposed operation condor and actually got USA to agree with it last minute
So blaming it on CIA is really silly. It seems like half his continent hated the guy

Sure, chief. The USA totally doesn’t have a history of deposing democratically elected leaders and installing fascists. It was all someone else’s fault and the poor innocent USA just got roped into it.

Those governments were almost to a man, run by the elites of each country (almost identical to today), of course they are gonna oppose a government that puts the people ahead of the elites.

There’s a huge difference between being another cog in the system and being the actual mastermind behind the operation
You would think someone who’s college educated would know

The USA is generally the mastermind between toppling left wing governments in Latin America...

So what exactly was your point? Seems like you're just grasping at straws because you couldn't think of anything that made the US look good in this situation.
"USA bad omg they destroyed a socialist country!"
>literally points out the most of south america wanted him gone and got the US to help them
"omg whats your point US destroy commies!"
....

Allende's comrades in the USSR collapsed. Venezuela and Cuba are shitholes. Chile is thriving as a capitalist society. The US is still the most free and wealthiest nation on Earth. If that wasn't the case someone like you couldn't stay fat and happy as a nonworking adult in the middle of an unprecedented pandemic. I'd say the US looks pretty damn good in any situation

A bunch of dictators wanted him gone because he was helping poor people, and the U.S. sided with the dictators. I'm sure you thought you were making a good point here, but you ended up defending fascism instead. Typical neoliberal. No wonder you voted for Biden.

Inflation was high from 30% to 600 % in his short term . Allende was trying to fund his social program by money creation while manipulating the prices of goods and merchandise. The copper price drop to 25% in 1971, his gimmick became unsustainable as Chile GDP went down the drain.

*Venezuela is being actively destabilized by your gay lover Trump
*Cuba is not a shithole, they have universal healthcare and universities unlike some countries I know of.
*Just  at the "most free country in the world" giving its voters the "choice" between two senile, racist, corrupt, sexist, racist corporate puppets. You have been seduced by an illusion of freedom.
