Yes, it is unusual for Axe to take so long to respond after somebody mentioned his name. That's out of the ordinary, considering how often he responds in exactly 2 minutes. He has slowed down over the past few weeks.

Maybe he's sick and not feeling too good, or maybe he's streaming a new game and getting distracted by it.

I've speculated in the past that he has a computer set up to respond with a generic, pre written Axe response whenever it detects a mention of his name. Maybe he changed the response time, which would certainly explain why it took him 19 minutes.

Axe is not that dumb, he might be smarter than all of us with his technological voodoo set up in his room. Of course, this is all speculation.
