You don't see the large swaths of tents and skid rows in other states like you do in California. Maybe DC and New York but not to that degree. The homeless in other states mostly camp out under freeway overpasses and truck stops. The ones in California are so big they probably consider giving them their own zip code.

Then wouldn't Florida be next worst destination for homelessness? They've cut their homelessness in half over the last 10 years. It used to be around 50k. They have a third New York has despite having much better year around weather.

It isn’t that bad. Some places worse than others for sure. But the other day I was walking around Mission and Pacific Beach San Diego and it was nicer than the 80’s and 90’s. I saw a few street people but not anything “Gotham” like. lol.

New Orleans has a murder rate of 74.3 per 100,000


So if it is just about blacks, why are the blacks in NO killing so much more than the blacks in SF?
