In any event the money we provide is just money we print up out of nothing. Just like the covid money. Only it won't cause any inflation issues as it is not flooding our own economy with more money.
Congress writes up a "Ukraine Security" bill and then we magically have a bazillion trazillion dollars to hand them. It is never our actual tax dollars or anything "real".
