Idk, whenever I see a story like this shared it’s from an angry and offended doomscroller or on r/facepalm making fun of an angry and offended doomscroller.
yeah, i'm so sure.

Genius marketing tactic. Bravo
In fact I'm halfway convinced that the woke pushback was orchestrated by American Eagle as well and the libs just ran with it.

It actuality does feel like an Ad campaign to get everyone to look at Sydney Sweeney in those "genes". She is getting publicity from this ad well.
What a weird thing to be a control freak about.
So there is a Dunkin Donuts commercial that's also leaning into it, alluding to "white boy summer".

Looks like wokism is losing it's stranglehold. This commercial probably doesn't get made a year ago. A marketing campaign built around a handsome young white dudebro? I didn't know who this kid was but apparently he's known by Gen-Z and he's publicly right leaning, so that's an even bigger sign.
At the very least we've gone back to a time where it's okay to have sexy women in fashion ads again instead of obese intersectional lesbians and he/shes.
Woke is truly dead.
Mainstream is done.
"But but woke doesnt exist its just a far right ploy"
ladies and gentlemen..
Black people get to say "black is beautiful" and whites have always been jealous because they wanted the freedom to say "white is beautiful" without persecution - this commercial is their clever way of doing it... But the reason that whites aren't allowed to brag about themselves is because the entirety of history up until 1876 had whites thinking they were better than everyone via slavery and colonization.. It's this vicious history that makes people wary when whites start bragging, with good reason (the entirety of history up until 1876)... There's a saying about repeating history that is appropriate here, but I forget the exact saying... Regardless, a slogan like "whites are beautiful TOO" might go over better.

Did you seriously just imply that throughout the entirety of history, whites are the only ones who engaged in slavery???
:oldlol: :oldlol: :oldlol:

of course not.. where did I say they were the only ones that engaged in slavery?... But their history and reputation is certainly one of slavery and their "divine right" to colonize, so this history makes people wary when commercials pop up that say whites have "good genes", I mean jeans, wink, wink.. It's like a long-reformed rapist that starts talking about teenage girls again.
and not all slavery is the same... the slave trade where one race was transported around the world to serve another race is unique...
btw, on a somewhat unrelated note - I was listening to someone say that black "culture" is an issue because of the commonality of father-less homes... However, that's what happens when a race is de-sensitized by being ripped away from their families for 300 years.. It became quite standard after a while... Ater a hundred years or so, it was completely accepted and you probably got your ass whooped by other slaves if you cried about being taken away from your family.. It was probably like "man up dude.. this is life.. this is how it is.. none of us get to see our kids... grow up and be a man"... If you don't think this dynamic for 300 years affects the "culture" today, then you lack insight.
3ba11 you weren't a fukking slave. You only know about slavery from movies and textbooks. If your parents kept you sheltered from history and never told you about it, you would have never known. Nothing about slavery was "inherent" to your life and none of it effects you.
:oldlol:
All colors of people have engaged in slavery and conquest. You sound like a fukking idiot. Fukking aztecs conquered other lands, took slaves, raped and pillaged, did human sacrifices, chopped their heads off and shit. All because they thought they had the divine right.
Stfu you woke fa990t.

This is such hogwash bullshit. There were more Black fathers in the homes in the 40's and 50's than today and that was well after slavery and closer to slavery than today. There were more Black fathers in the home than Whites even. The statistics are there. Once Welfare rolled around, that's when you started to see Black fathers in the home decrease in numbers.
The slavery excuse needs to die. You cannot be blaming slavery for the problems Black America is having today. It's a copout bullshit excuse.

Some woke black lesbian with funny glasses and a bald head probably said some shit about slavery being ingrained in the DNA of black americans and he just ran with it.

I know it's unpleasant to discuss how blacks were forcefully evolved to have less attachment..
And you should also understand that lack of education is passed down like alcoholism and gets fixed 1 "exception" at a time... It's like telling a 5 generation roofer in Podunk, USA to go to a big city and be a techie - make some real money.. 99% would never do it, so the situation changes 1 exception at a time.... In the case of slavery, 300 years later some parts of cities look like slavery just ended yesterday, aka large swathes of undereducated people that simply did what their parents and grandparents did before them.. It's human nature and it changes one exception at a time.
It turns out that hard work isn't really the key to fame and fortune, otherwise every plumber, electrician, and roofer would be rich, since they work hard as shit... So it turns out that CIRCUMSTANCE is the biggest driver of success - i.e. people do what's in front of them...
My favorite poker player is Eric Seidel because he admits that if he grew up in Iowa instead of 2 blocks from the epicenter of backgammon in NYC (which he later parleyed into poker), he would never have played poker and would've become an accountant or somethin instead of a young poker player.. So he understands that circumstance (luck) is the biggest factor in one's life path and ultimate success.. The circumstance of blacks was made infinitely worse and cursed by slavery.
Btw, it turns out that blacks who came here willingly do better than whites, such as Nigerian immigrants and many African immigrants - they do as well as Asians as a group.. incredibly successful.. but they don't have the history that black Americans have

Lmao.
If an immigrant can come here with nothing in their pocket and can barely speak english, and STILL be more successful than you even though you were born here, maybe you're just really bad at life and really bad at making money. :oldlol:
These same immigrants can turn it around for their entire families within the span of a single generation, but somehow you're saying black americans can't figure it out? The entire bloodline can't help but be perpetually poor for all time? :oldlol:
And how do you explain the millions upon millions of successful middle and upper class blacks? What would you say to an average black man that has a job, owns his home and raises his family just fine? How come racism isn't keeping him down and just you? His ancestors were slaves too weren't they?
Maybe you're just a whiny bitch who drank the kool-aid and gets a rush from playing the eternal victim??
