Agreed. This game and his legendary cramp game in the Finals will go down as one of he best performances.

That was great, but idk, i dont really like the "fighting through injury" games or plays that much. There's no way for us to really know how much pain the guy is in. We all thought Paul Pierce had just suffered a huge injury in 2008...and then 15 min later he came back. :confusedshrug:

LeBron's game 6 will be remembered forever. No one will care about Melo's game (in a series they were swept in). Nice try though :oldlol:

46% shooting, they lost, first round of the playoffs, swept that series.

This. All I remember from that series is Melo once again losing in the 1st round.

And still a better game than the "legendary game" or "forever remembered game" by Lebron.
The only thing legendary here is the overrating.
I'll also always remember Dirk's game against OKC where he went 17 for 23 or whatever and 19/19 on foul shots.

HUH?!?!?!!?!!?!
HUH?!?!?!!?!!?!
Don't mind him lol. All he sees is three numbers (points, reb, assists) which made him come to the conclusion that Melo's random game there was better than this game by Lebron.
What he doesn't realize is Lebron's game was great because of, in order: 1. Stakes (ECF Game 6, facing elimination) 2. Efficiency 3. Total points, assists, and rebounds
So he is talking about the least important thing here.
such an overrated game. lebrick must of gotten like 10+ feet of space on most of his shots. celtic players were all worn out getting screwed by the refs so much that series shouldn't even had a game 6. :facepalm

It was soo much more than just facing elimination. Miami loses that game and Lebron becomes the biggest joke in sports history ever. Whole world was waiting for it. Failing to win a ring two years in a row with Wade and Bosh, there's no way Lebron as a sports figure could recover from that.
That's why it's funny to hear haters still say ''Lebron is mentally weak'' and phrases like this. I don't know if there was a player in NBA history who had so much at stake with just one single game and responding the way he did.
What people seems to ignore is that Lebron did not have his 2 best playoff games against the 2005 Detroit Pistons or the 2008 Boston Celtics.
As amazing as these performances were, he did against two old teams ready for the pickin'.
Refs helped again dat game:rolleyes:

The Pistons went to the Finals in 2005 and didn't play the Cavs
u mean the 2007 Pistons that finish with an even better record the year after they were called "old" and "done"
Sheed: 32 and still an All star
webber: he old 34
Prince: 27
Hamilton: 29

thats REALLY old right there

Not even Close.. Heat lose they go Home Lebron Played with a Lazer like Focus that I rarely ever seen from him that night knowing his Legacy was at stake if they lost that series after losing to Dallas the year before in finals..ON top of everything Else he dint even score last 6 minutes of the game because it was a Blowout at that point. He very Easily could of scored 50-55 that night had the gm been a little closer.
This game was legendary, and is the best game of Lebron's career in my opinion. I take his sports center driven stats put up on the bobcats with a grain of salt but this game was legendary, and it can't be denied... He terminated the celtics
Side Note: **** the heat

The frontcourt of Ben Wallace and Rasheed Wallace, in their prime, was what made that team special (Sheed being an All-Star in 07 speaks more to the awfulness of the EC at the time than his play).
Webber did not gel at all with the team and Flip Saunders' has never shown any playoffs chops in his long long career.
The fact that only the two least important players on the team were in their 20's is evidence enough for me. And the bench was thin/old as well.

Dumbass Knicks fan, gtfo. That was the biggest game of Lebron's life. He loses that game and the Heat go home and Lebron remains win less. God knows the scrutiny he would face, hell the entire Heat team could've been blown up had they not won that game. His focus was legendary in that game. He was not going to be stopped. Had it not been for a blow out, he would've dropped 55

Lebron played 45 minutes, and yes Lebron would have gotten cancer and all his family would have died if he didn't won that game. Let's keep rewriting the context because numbers wise can't be done. Dumb ph@ggot.

It's still one of the best elimination games. In a do or die game the Lebron led his team into victory.

LBJ in this game >> His Game 5 performance against the Pistons a couple of year ago.
r.i.p hank
Truly one of the greatest performances in NBA history.
Guess who's the only one that has put numbers like this since then...Of course it is nowhere near the difficulty of a playoff elimination win in TD Garden and it was a loss :lol :lol :lol
just epic, not an elimination game a LEGACY game.

your right Kobe's came in a close out game against the 01 Kings>>>12 Celtics and he had 48 & 16 not 45 & 15
Kobe waited for the very next playoff game before he dipped down to a 45 point double double
All those guys in the front page are a disgrace to basketball. How can you not appreciate a great performance?
???
kobe-esque performance? please.
