Batum pretty much realized there wasn't going to be a penalty that really affected him and he just put all his frustrations in that punch. Its ****ed up but it was hilarious when I watched it live. It was the best part of an otherwise ugly game.:oldlol:

There will be some sort of penalties from FIBA for Batum later anyway but it probably won't affect France in bigger games in the future. We will see how things go.

Watching it in live motion, I don't think Batum was trying to aim for the balls. He was just swinging his fist in frustration and it happened to hit Navarro's crotch. :lol

Tension started to grew up a lot between the two teams after the dirty foul of Rudy on Parker last year.

I understand Batum so much, but he shouldn't have done that, and he deserves to be suspended for some games. At least he should have done that on Rudy, who deserves it and much more

I was rooting for France for the upset but they only have themselves to blame for that 10 minute drought that started in the 3rd and continued into the 4th. They lacked depth so Spain was able to take Tony Parker completely out of the game.

This reminds me of a youtube video that I saw yesterday. One part of town did something to another part of town, and as a result the other part retaliated, and then the other one retaliated, and the whole video consisted of gory pictures of pictures with their brains all over, kids with their throats cut, mass murder of children, dozens of people tied up before being shot. So it's a good thing to always keep your cool because a punch to the nuts can really cost you if someone decides to retaliate.
