David Lee...
From "Da-White Howard" to "The White Chris Webber"
Has this guy called time out yet with no time outs left?
Probably my favorite player in the game today. His only real weakness is help defense, and that's mostly because he simply lacks the length, not because he doesn't try (see Bargnani).
Great midrange shooter. Great passer from the high and low post. Great scorer from either side of the box. Great rebounder on both sides of the ball. Great FT shooter. Decent man defender.
better than k.love
Larry Bird burned his legs from spilt morning coffee when he read that.
Bill Russell gonna give back his medal of freedom in protest.
LeBron James wants to know what that was.
That earthquake which just broke off Los Angeles right into the salt sea, that is Wilt Chamberlain rolling over in his slumber checking to see who else was ever a non-guard assists leader for a season.
KG is wanting to get a fight just to see what people would say who won.
Dave Cowens already fighting the whole Knicks roster about it, DeBusschere, Bradley, Lucas all ganging right up on him and getting their licks in too.
But they're all lookin at this and
Arvydas Sabonis and Vlade Divac weren't too shabby either.
pretty solid player, above average PF in the game today (might be fringe top 10 at his position)
don't really care for his game, but he's legit

Bill Walton feels terrible that he has been left out of this discussion.
Chris Lee the white Chris Webber?????
That's almost as bad as Faried being the next Rodman.
I swear some of the people just started watching NBA basketball three years ago or something.
Not to see the similarities between Rodman and Faried is pretty blind.
WCW. One of the few times Shaq has made me laugh on TNT.

I said that some have argued. I didn't say Webber was in fact the best passing big man ever.

Lebron and Bird shouldn't really count as big men. I know they're tall enough, but you know what I'm saying.
You've seen Wilt more than I have, but from what I've seen he wasn't as good a pure passer as Webber.
KG is my second favorite player in the league...but he's not a better passer than Webber. That I can say with absolute certainty...Dave Cowens is a great choice. And I kinda like Bizil's comparison of him to Lee...Lee is a PF and Cowens a combo, but I can see that. Both run the floor very well, tho Cowens is one of the best ever there. I also think a lot of his passing came in the open floor, tho he had it in the high post.
30 and 15 against the Nets.WCW:bowdown:
30/15 with 7 offensive boards?
fkin beast
Totally. I'll still be cheering for him even when Dirk comes back to claim his top PF spot.
the dude was rocking the Nets for 30 15 on Friday....... then proceeded to destroy Nene with 24 17 on Saturday

Nene the defensive juggernaut:bowdown:
22 and 13 against the Heat.

:oldlol:
But really though, he is arguable the best PF/C of all time no question. SFs are a different story. And KG isn't a better passer than Chris Webber.
WCW:bowdown:
i was wrong about mister lee. so be it.
C-Webb would give him a second azzhole. With that said, I'm very happy to see Golden State relevant again.
I wouldn't go as far as labeling him the best PF in the league now (like some people). But he's definitely underrated because of his skin color.

I think at this point we may need to start calling Chris Webber "The Black David Lee".
