Is draft order serpentine (e.g. for a five team league 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)?
Is draft order serpentine (e.g. for a five team league 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)?
It had better be otherwise I'm screwed. What's the time limit? Does it decrease between rounds?
Also the customary "cmon men maker a fk*** picks"
YES I'M SECOND
Give me a few minutes to post.....

No rookie in history had the expectations Lew Alcindor did. While still in college, he was touted by many as the greatest basketball player of all time

MisterAmazing, you're on the clock...
I think we all know who he's picking :D :lol
Owl is now on the clock.
Let's just get it over with. MisterAmazing picks....

Season: 23.4 ppg, 13.9 rpg, 1.9 apg on 56.2 %FG/58.4 %TS in 37.9 mpg
The big man from Louisiana state came into the league dominating with his raw strength, breaking backboards and posterizing the premier centers with his thundering dunks. Shaq was the real deal, finishing the season 8th in scoring, 2nd in rebounding, 2nd in blocks, and 4th in field goal %. The team narrowly missed the playoffs with Shaq at the helm but the big guy’s success would only improve in the upcoming years.

I was going to pick ...

The greatest point guard ever. A game without flaws, shot really well from the field (especially for a guard), got to the line and shot a good percentage there, the best playmaker of his generation and probably any, given how for he was above his peers. He rebounded really well for a guard (albeit pace inflated his raw totals).
Then I saw his WIS estimated turnovers.
so, no explanation necessary

Arguably the greatest rookie season ever. Essentially averaged a triple-double: 30.5 points, 10.1 rebounds and 9.7 assists per game.

We're now starting to roll on these on a nice phase.
KObesFinger is up
PG - Magic Johnson
SG-
SF - Larry Bird
PF -
C -
I wanted to pick a C first and I thought there could be a slight chance D-Rob or even Hakeem would be available. Evidently not, but it's okay because I now have two of the best passers in Magic and Larry. My theme is now ball movement
Edit: added season stats for both
Magic: 18/7.7/7.3 on .530 shooting, Finals MVP
Bird: 21.3/10.4/4.5 on .474 shooting, Rookie of the Year
Was debating between two players, but I'll select... Elvin Hayes.

Didn't even win ROY. However, he had a great statistical rookie season, gives my team a low post scorer, and his defense is overrated on WIS.
Do you mean that in a good way or a bad way? Because the game is all about match-ups and fits
Good way. This draft is very PF/C heavy and you already have two elite perimeter players. I didn't wanna go big with my first pick but Wilt was too good to pass up.
Pm'ed my picks to someone just to be safe since fk** beatle take to long to draft men.

MisterAmazing you're up
With my second round pick I'm taking

Allen Iverson
1996-97 Rookie Year: 23.5 ppg, 7.5 apg, 4.1 rpg on 41.6 FG% and 34.1 3PT%

While it's often thought that the Answer and the Diesel would be incompatible on the same team due to their ball-dominant natures, Iverson played along the perimeter a lot more and tallied one of his highest assist totals of his career in his first year out of Georgetown. AI will undoubtedly be able to find the perfect balance of scoring and deferring, like Kobe Bryant, Penny Hardaway, and Dwyane Wade.
PG Allen Iverson
SG
SF
PF
C Shaquille O'Neal
Sorry, my pick fell whilst I was asleep. Anyway I belatedly pick Chris Paul (assuming that's okay) because he's the best pg available and numerically the best pg of all time by advanced metrics.
This may be a collosal error because he was a rookie in a low %, low pace league and so his stats aren't that impressive out of context.
