Yippie. Another opinion I don't care about.
What I posted wasn't opinion. It was statement of fact. These are movies I don't care about.
An opinion would be something like, "Comic book superhero movies are the cancer of the film industry and are ruining the art in the name of capitalism."

I think you are lying and secretly fapping it to that new black panther suit.

I didn't care for them in the 60s. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like the lame comic book version of the black panthers either.
They should reboot Blade...or do they not have the rights like xmen?
they have blade back along with punisher, ghost rider and daredevil.
they are just missing the FF, Xmen and spiderman

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
Still no Planet Hulk movie.

jk Black Panther will kick ass. Hopefully they get the costume right for the Ms. oops I mean 'Captain' Marvel movie.

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
What about Blade!?!? Didn't the rights revert back to Marvel?

They really need to get spiderman back. I've always liked spiderman the best, but the 3 last movies have been crap.

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
I'm ok with Spider-Man and X-Men just not being part of this universe. I just wish the Spider-Man movies could be better.
When it comes to the films, both of them exist in parallel worlds from the Avengers. I don't see how having everyone inhabit the same universe would work in a movie. Too many strong lead characters and not enough time in each feature film.

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
Glad we got Boseman as Black Panther. He is going to absolutely kill the role. Disappointed about the lack of hulk movie, I get that he's hard to carry on his own. But I'd love to see him in a team up role.
Really surprised we didn't get a Nova movie. Holding out hope that Gunn's remarks on someone(s) joining the guardians is gonna be Rider.

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
think of black panther as a black batman, except he's also a genius scientist, has some mystical powers(doesn't really use them much), and is the king of the most advanced country in the (marvel) world.
also, there's this about his actor lol
people have been saying the same thing about comic book movies for a long time now, the difference with the marvel ones is that each movie is connected, and they are all part of a larger story. that's what keeps people coming back for more.
Sick.
lol, 'the Emperor of Black.'

Re: #MarvelEvent trending...
Also, is 'Infinity War' the third and fourth Avenger movies, or are they apart of a different series? If the former, then it's crazy how they have already announced the name and date of release of the third and fourth movie to a series where the sequel hasn't even released yet.

The Thor movies have been the weakest in the MCU so far, but this will probably be as big for Thor as Civil War will be for Cap/Iron Man.

in norse mythology it's the end of the world. in the comics, it was the end of asgard and the gods

yeah. like i said, after infinity gauntlet i wouldn't be surprised to see the MCU rebooted...or at least put all the original heroes on hiatus or replaced.
beta ray bill/thunderstrike? bucky cap/falcon cap? war machine/iron patriot?

Then don't see it.
Funny how there's always a select few who supposedly do not care, but actually care enough to post their opinions on these kinds of movies, thinking that since they go against the grain of the majority makes them mature or something that they need to post it.
I'm 28 and I just started loving comic book films exactly 6 years ago after deciding to go see Incredible Hulk which TV show I grew up watching as a kid with my Dad. Then seeing RDJ in the end of the film which I thought was really cool and different because it was bridging 2 movies. Since then, I had to see Iron Man and became hooked.
I now have a 4 year old son who I'm going to be watching these movies with happily.

Any chance we see Galactus vs Thanos at some point? That's the GOAT cosmic matchup. I can just picture it, Thanos about to wipe out the Avengers/Guardians during Infinity War, then Big G pops up behind him all like "excuse me" then Thanos gets bitch slapped like a lil fly. :lol

Inhumans? Captain Marvel? Doctor Strange? Black Panther?
Does anyone give a shit about those characters? They're all D level super heroes. Marvel doesn't have the rights to X-men, Spider-man, and how many more movies can you have with Iron Man and the Hulk in it before people get bored.
Meanwhile...
DC is about to drop Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Suicide Squad with Lex Luthor, and MOST LIKELY a solo Batman movie with a different actor going into his backstory which means a new Joker.
DC>Marvel and their campy popcorn bullshit

Still an idiot...
Superman man was a lead in movie whereas Cap, X-men, and GOTG are part of established franchises and universes. The superfan will see it, but how do you convince the casual viewer? Through it's predecessors which Man of Steel did not have the luxory except the quasi predeccor in Superman Returns which sucked so that was working against it.
Yet it still brought in a cool $650 million. Only getting started too :pimp:
