like a painter/artist can be a genius without knowing how to build a rocket

same with a musician. anyone can play an instrument with a bit of practice but how many people can create music worth listening to

You're white knighting a billionaire who built his empire off apartheid African diamond mine money - he simply invested it in other business and grew it as many people would be capable of from there. Most of his "visions" are bad ideas but he keeps them going with clever marketing of both them and himself (he is indeed smart at marketing himself and his products bc he's got cult like followers) and for the ones who work for him who still haven't drank his kool aid he engages in union busting and rage firing to keep them in line.
