When the conjunctiva degenerates (due to exposure or age), it can cause the sclera to appear more yellow or even brown. This is more common in people with melanin-rich skin, like people of African or Asian descent. This is a benign condition, meaning it does not negatively affect your health.

Personally I think there's a good chance DWade got him involved in this crap back in the Miami days, he was clean up until then.
It's fairly obvious DWade was on some shit, and LeBron would have stretches too where he would randomly look less explosive and then more explosive.
Probably by now if that theory is true, he's using better stuff than what was there 10-12+ years ago.

Alexander was cited as being an associate and colleague of Biogenesis founder Tony Bosch.

Sadly I don't think we'll know the truth either way unless Bran tests positive & the league actually does something. If they're covering for him though I don't think that's ever going to happen, because in that case they probably let a lot of other stars get away with doping.

I mean if I was running the NBA and any kind of positive test passed by my desk from a top player ... I'd quietly throw that test in the garbage, tell anyone who knows about to shut their face, and go about the rest of my day.
Under no circumstances does a LeBron or anyone of that tier of importance to the marketing of the NBA test positive for illegal substances, no way, no how.
Last thing the NBA needs in a world of declining TV ratings and a half dozen teams that can't even sell out half their gyms and no interest from anyone in the first half of your season is a steroid scandal.
His name was cleared after being investigated by the DEA. Believe whatever you want to though.
From what I know the DEA has never caught any athlete ready handed for doping and doesn't care to. How would they really, you'd have to catch them with a positive test and only the sports associations run those tests. The DEA is interested in people who are distributing stuff on a large scale and profiting on it (the suppliers), not some random individual user, they don't care about that, that's not their mandate to crack down on, that's up to sporting associations/leagues.
They're not interested in individual athletes, movie stars, fitness models, gym randoms, etc. etc. that use steroids. Now if you're dumb enough to start taking those drugs and selling them to 10, 20, 30 etc. people, now you are on the DEA's radar, that's what they care about.
I believe fully that LeBron James isn't dumb enough to be in a drug smuggling ring or something that would get himself a DEA charge. He doesn't need to make money selling drugs, lol. And if he's not interested in that or involved in the sale of these drugs, then his interest to the DEA would be limited to nill. If he's just using no one cares, it's not like the DEA kicked down Barry Bonds, The Rock, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGuire's, A-Rod's doors either. The fact that people close to LeBron were implicated though certainly makes one go "hmmmm" though.
The Drug Enforcement Administration came across LeBron James' name as part of the agency's 2013 Biogenesis probe into allegations of performance-enhancing drugs in professional sports, according to federal documents obtained by ESPN.
The investigation ultimately cleared James, who was playing for the Miami Heat at the time.
'There was never any indication that LeBron James did anything wrong,' the lead DEA investigator told ESPN.
James was included in the investigation due to his connections to two other suspects: The NBA star's former trainer, David Alexander, and his long-time friend and manager, Randy Mims.
The DEA claims to have found that Mims obtained testosterone for personal use from a dealer known as Carlos Acevedo. Mims was allegedly referred to Acevedo by Alexander.

The results of the investigation also revealed that WWE superstar Paul 'The Big Show' Wight and former boxing champion Shannon Briggs were linked to steroid use.
The DEA told ESPN that they did not bring any charges to athletes as a result of their findings.
'Our focus was on the distributors and the suppliers of the drugs,' said Mark Trouville, the DEA special agent in charge of the Florida office during the Biogenesis investigation.
'The DEA doesn't work cases to go after users. ... We're looking for people who are distributing drugs. We're never concerned about the consumer.'
Re: BALCO Founder Says There's 'Reason To Be Suspicious' on LeBron Using PEDs
lol, it's right there the DEA admits they don't care about or go after individuals using drugs. They've never charged one single athlete in the US from what I know, so LeBron was never getting charged by them.
They are looking for people involved in the wide scale distribution of drugs, so LeBron not being busted by them means nothing.
It would up to a sports agency to bust him and there's no great motivation to do that. It wouldn't help the NBA as a business so why would they be motivated to want to find out.
It's pretty clear D Wade was on some shit too and they conveniently never managed to test him at the right times either.
I mean look at this shit, this is so blatant it's hilarious, dude's jaw could fit his wallet:

It is odd that Chael Sonnen, who works for ESPN, said this on a pretty popular podcast about the Lebron and there were no repercussions that came his way. Lebron / Rich Paul could've easily sued him or at least had ESPN fire him, but didn't. Probably because they were likely to get exposed if they engaged in a back and forth regarding this topic.

Ever since the 80s disaster the NBA just wants to keep sweeping everything under the rug. Stern was terrified that the NBA would be devastated by another drug problem. It did a number on the MLB and both the NBA and NFL reacted accordingly.
