True. Although what comes to my mind is the BJJ folks who pull guard immediately and look like dumbasses in tourny because they don't know a single takedown. It is within the rules of the sport, and within those rules a skilled woman or man with less strength can beat a big guy, but even that has its limits.

Super distance racing is really the place where women will probably first overtake men due to biological factors.

Its not just about strength. Male bodies are advantanged on a structural level. Men have stronger and denser bones which means stronger and more powerful limbs, men have dramatically more strength in the upper body, men are able to create more leverage in their arms/legs due to their body structure, men have significantly better spatial awareness and reflexes. I've done quite a bit of wrestling with a girl who spent years doing BJJ, in addition to my advantage in bones, upper body strength, and awareness/reflexes... she was pretty big for a woman, 5'6ish and ~120-130 lbs while I was 6'1ish and ~190 lbs. When we went at it, all of that BJJ training did jack diddly for her... I might as well have been fighting a rag doll, size/strength alone was enough to dominate her without any skill whatsoever.
