There is an all time great movie called 12 Angry Men, it's about a jury on a murder trial.

When they first go into session, the vote is 11 to 1 in favor of guilty. Over the course of the film the 1 guy manages to turn all 11 jurors onto his side of the fence.

Some were more stubborn than others. The ones that were unbiased and had pure hearts were able to be turned using logic and reason, but some of the other jurors in the film are tougher to crack. As you learn more about them it becomes clear they have their own personal and emotional hangups and aren't operating on facts or principle. One of them was a just a flat out ignorant racist and the other one was just angry and emotionally damaged.

But here's the kicker. Those jurors hold out to the very end along with just one other juror, the "smart guy in the room". He is pragmatic and intelligent and he is the hardest to crack, but ultimately he switches his vote after the evidence becomes too overwhelming. Once he joined the other side's rank, they totally crumbled. Without being able to say "See? This guy agrees with me!"... the final juror sunk under the weight of his own logic.

In 2016 Trump was that original juror who had to overcome the odds. Judging from the election, it looks like we are at the point in the movie where the vote is 7 to 5. More and more people are aligning with Team MAGA. Famous athletes, entertainers, influencers, etc. People the left value in terms of driving the culture. Eventually you look to the side of you and all that's left are transgenders.

I wonder who the last holdouts will be.
