What do you think happens to Conrad and Maeve in prison given that’s where Richie wants them
interested to see who Cat is, maybe she has influence in their future now that Conrad has an agreement from the Mexicans and she will get a cut.

Me too. I’m also interested to see what kind of influence of any she has over Richie. She overstepped his play in murdering the Conrad kids. And now he lost the Fetty connect. He seems not to give a f*ck he out for blood.

Also I’m assuming Last of Us next season will be centered around ole girl. Maybe up to the point she crosses paths with Ellie in the season finale?

yeah that's what everyone is saying, next season will basically be the same events unfolding but from abby's perspective. i'm probably going to play the games and spoil the plot for myself since i'm not going to way 2 years just to watch another lame season.

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
Kevin and Seraphina coming for that crown. Told you that scene with Kevin in the last episode was monumental.

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
It was a weird and random storyline but I guess it makes sense in the end. Poor Harry tho. I can’t stop laughing how much Maeve is living rent free in Conrad head. Meanwhile he’s fist pumping like Kobe in prison. Hope we don’t got to wait long for next season.

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
I might check this out still. I tried starting it a couple weeks ago, but it was late and I went to bed ten minutes into it because I valued my sleep more.

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
what a finale to bring the season to an end :applause:
i was really hoping they'd give us a little more info on kat but i'm going to guess she will be next season's OPP. and yeah, looks like there will be infighting between kev, seraphina and their parents bc helen miren is a cunning snake.

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
Fun facts about MobLand production:
The series was first announced in February 2024 as The Donovans, a loosely-based spinoff of the Showtime series Ray Donovan produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, with Showtime/MTV executives Keith Cox and Nina L. Diaz and 101 Studios' David C. Glasser attached to the project. Ronan Bennett was hired to write the series and executive produce alongside Guy Ritchie, Ivan Atkinson, Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, and David Hutkin.[2]
In October 2024, the series was announced to have been reworked into a standalone series with the working title The Associate, with Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren in final negotiations to star.[3] Production began in November 2024 with Hardy, Brosnan and Mirren in London, and the working title was removed. Jez Butterworth, Tom Hardy, Dean Baker, and Kris Thykier joined as executive producers.[4] In February 2025, the final title of the series, MobLand, was revealed.[5]
Production on the series took place between November 2024 and March 2025 in London. At least six of the episodes in the series were written during production, and filming wrapped only four days before the premiere.[4][11]
While filming, a bag of camera equipment was stolen from a set in East London.[12] The thieves later returned and successfully stole more equipment, leading to the firing and replacement of the security team on set.[13]
During production, the set construction company, Helix 3D, went into bankruptcy, leaving several crew members with unpaid wages leading into the holiday season. Hardy initially offered to make up the difference before the production companies paid the workers instead.[14]

had no idea it was based on ray donovan, that was a good show as well. that guy (wolverine's brother) was a fixer in LA/NY in the show, makes sense to have based Harry's character after him since he's also a fixer.

This was a finale. And I thought Kat would be revealed but I kinda like the mystery surrounding it which keeps you waiting for next season. Amongst other things. How about Harry telling Kat to her face f*ck off. Hahaha She definitely trying to get Seraphina on her side. Looks like a lot of inner turmoil to be the king will happen next season. What a dysfunctional ass family. Maeve manipulation is top tier. Her rawness at the perfect times is fantastic. She’s a dislikable character but also likable. At least for me hahaha
Kevin doesn’t rock with his dad
Maeve doesn’t rock with Seraphina
Conrad loves Seraphina
Eddie hates his mom almost off’d her
Harry (not family but still) is linked with Kevin
Knife doesn’t really rock with Harry

Re: Guy Ritchie with another banger in MOBLAND on Paramount Plus
I binged watched the whole season in two days.
7.5/10
- Eddie was annoying pretty much the whole season. I wish Kevin would've killed him at some point. Even in the finale after he finds out he's not his son would've been good.
- I think Harry has deeper ties or bonds to the family than what is shown. Maybe he's related in some way. They've made it a point throughout the season to mention his last name of de Souza multiple times almost like they're trying to keep you reaffirming he's not blood related to the family. I feel like there's more to Harry and Kevin's relationship. Them being in prison together and having those bad things happen to them? Maybe it is just what it seems which is that's how Harry became friends with the family is through his and Kevin's shared trauma.
- I think Harry's background might be military. Maybe SAS, MI5 or something. The way he moves and dresses. Long crew necks with wax jackets. Also he's an seemingly expert or very knowledgeable in many things like counter surveillance and explosives.
- There's much more to Kat than what has been shown. The conversation between Harry and Kat in the finale wasn't at face value. I don't think she's simply a family or mobster person of power trying to take out the Harrigans. She's flying in jets dealing with cartels while the Stevensons and Harrigans come off as lower fishes to fry. There's something else there in Harry and her's relationship. Also the fact she's American is important when everyone else except the Mexicans are from over the pond.
- I felt like the season finale was anti-climatic. Basically everyone finds out Eddie is the son of Conrad and the only thing that comes from it is Kevin's disdain for Conrad. So now he wants to take over the family business. Eddie killing his mom would've been interesting, but they halted that immediately. What a tease.
- Harry getting stabbed was just f*cking weird the way that happened. But again nothing comes from that.
- No official Season 2 announcement yet.
