I'm not too sure what 4th year class is about but half my year is hospital clinical. We integrated med/surg throughout the past 3 years with pathos and care plans etc but I'm not sure how much it's used next year.

2nd year I had Geri/Maternity, 3rd was Med/Surg, 4th was Palliative/Mental Health/Community Health. We had clinical as well for each section. For each clinical, half was hospital based and the other half being community based.

2nd Year I had: Microbiology, Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Maternity
3rd Year I have: Community and Psychiatric nursing.

I'm also working for the Red Cross for my community clinical and they split it half and half with us too. I'm just on a basic med floor right now.. lots of cvas etc..
