the man is a self made billionaire. He may be prideful, but the guy sure isn't dumb. He is without a doubt the best owner in cleveland sports right now.

The Cavs organisation has stockpiled the assets necessary to make the big 3(or 4 if you will) happen.

Not only have they orchestrated perhaps the greatest offseason ever, but they set up the future not just the present.

Signing Irving longterm WAS BEFORE anything Love or Lebron decided to do. CREDIT CAVS.

Convincing Lebron to leave a very good team and unknown future with the Cavs. CREDIT CAVS.

They still have unbelievable maneuvarability going forward even AFTER achieving the big 3 and still have the Haywood contract. CREDIT CAVS.

The trade for Love was made without including Waiters or Thompson in the deal. CREDIT CAVS.

As you can see, things don't just magically happen. The organisation has to have a vision and a plan to get this to work.

ATM, the Cavs organisation has executed everything perfectly, or almost.
