Re: All-Time NBA Players' Peaks Draft
There was no three's so Baylor didn't have to shoot that far back (though he could.)
You take Baylor 10 out of 10 time if PP is the other choice.
I also took Pierce because of the defensive abilities. Pierce had a case all-defensive during his prime specifically '01-'02 and with KG. Pierce is just a great all-around player which is what I love. Like I said, I'm not comfortably with taking 50s and 60s players especially since most of them had no off-hand.

I was gonna take PP but I like GH peak better but that was just me and thanks Legends

If they had All-D teams back in the day, Elgin would be an annual fixture.
Re: All-Time NBA Players' Peaks Draft
It's going to hard as hell to rebound against NuggetsFan's frontcourt.
I can't wait to see R2's choices, I think he can pull out another surprise.

May be hard to board (though undersized) but where is the offense gonna come from? Every other team besides 2 have all 5 players over 20 ppg and the other 2, four are above 20 ppg.

Ya, I don't like his outside shooting much either, but he can fix that.

I was trying to keep with AntiHero's earlier statment and say nice things only.
:D
Off course there are flaws in his and I'm guessing the rest of our teams, here and there, or just minimal.
Still got 5 more rounds to go, so...

If Hill were still on the board at the time, I would have taken Pierce even though I'm a bigger fan of Hill although I like both.
Pierce is just a better fit for my team especially since I already have CP3 at PG.
Hill was a worse shooter and scorer than Pierce but a better rebounder and passer but I'm already and was stacked at those aspects. Pierce is and was a pretty darn good rebounder and playmaker himself too.
In real life my team would have greatest chemistry, at the very least..
Not with Bird/Walton/Stockton on the floor.
Not to mention Elvin Hayes was a cancer, his teammates hated him.

First Pick: 1974-1975 Rick Barry

Re: All-Time NBA Players' Peaks Draft
87 Lakers, once the 10 rounds are done, will you matching our teams vs another at random ?
Re: All-Time NBA Players' Peaks Draft
Another good wing. Barry is underrated at times too.

yes. two teams have to have a first round bye though, I will do that at random.

My D is pretty insane. I have like 3 champs. All 5 players won a ring at some point. I believe Russell and Hondo won FMVP in the year I picked. Ben Wallace was the Pistons MVP that year too IMO.
Only one ball. Kidd can get people good looks. Wade averaged 30. Hondo can score. Russell may have not scored alot but scored when the team needed it. Wallace hurts offensively.
Shooting + post offense kinda looks weak on my team tho :lol
