I would hope so. What about Burke? He needs it. Deron played a couple games after his first year and he was a lot better player. Neto?
Tony Jones: Darvin Ham is on the Jazz radar for the lead assistant job. He's lead assistant with the Hawks right now. So - source says - for Jazz to get Ham, they'd likely have to make him associate head coach to pry him away. Source also says there is big question as to whether the Hawks would even let Ham leave the organization for the Jazz Twitter @Tjonessltrib
Locke did a piece on him a month ago.
Tony Jones: Source told me Brad Jones and Alex Jensen are virtual "definites" to be included on Quin Snyder's staff as assistants Twitter @Tjonessltrib
That would complete the staff. Add another developmental guy and the D-league coaches.

D-league coach candiadates? I'd assume they'd be looking at players for summer and fall camp and also D-league too.
It's possible the 40-year-old Ham would need to be hired as the Jazz's associate head coach, a more lucrative position with some organizations, to be lured away from the Hawks. He's in line to be promoted as Mike Budenholzer's lead assistant in Atlanta, a position Snyder held last season.
Ham played for Snyder in Austin when the two were in the D-League back in 2008. He then retired as a player and began coaching for the Albuquerque Thunderbirds, first as an assistant and then as head coach, until joining Snyder on Mike Brown's staff in L.A. in 2011.
He's got strong ties with Quin.
Brad Jones and Alex Jensen continue to be in contention for assistant positions with the Jazz, as has been reported. It's also possible Jones could be hired by Atlanta. He has ties to Budenholzer from his time as the Austin Toros' head coach from 2010 to 2012.
Other strong possibilities for an assistant job in Utah include Spurs shooting coach Chip Engelland and Hawks assistant Taylor Jenkins, both of whom have ties to Snyder.

Spurs shooting coach would be a get too!

Re: Rewards of the tank:2014 off-season!
The Golden State Warriors and Utah Jazz are interested in hiring Chip Engelland, shooting coach of the San Antonio Spurs.
Steve Kerr succeeded Engelland as the top perimeter gun at Pacific Palisades High School.
Engelland has famously worked with Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker and Danny Green with the Spurs.

As an Australian, i'd be over the moon to see Exum on the Jazz, but I still worry he'll flee the first chance he'll get since all the talk is been about him wanting to be in LA.

He's denied it. Not sure the Lakers are going to be that desired of a destination anymore as long as Jim Buss is there screwing things up. Don't think the Jazz can worry about it though. You hope you build something and people want to stay. The Rockies would certainly be different for someone from down under.
