Rubio will form a mean pick-and-roll tandem with Gobert. The Jazz have enough shooting around them
Ingles is enough?
Gobert could have a career high in points this year. He will get so many easy looks. Rubio’s passing and ability to dictate pace are perfect for Utah.
The defense will pack it in the paint with lack of shooters. Rudy did what he did last year with the floor spread
Utah will have to make up for it by adding more shooting around him. That means Favors probably won’t start at the 4.
You'd think but they added no shooters other than their 5th big! Favors starts. Have to showcase him to trade him. Too bad he won't have shooters around him so he can do his things
Most times, the Jazz will only keep one true big on the floor.
Except for the 15 minutes or so Favors plays with Rudy. Udoh is supposed to be able to play the 4 as well. The wings can't shoot either though!
A starting five of Rubio, Hood, Ingles, Jerekbo and Gobert is solid. They are also deep with Johnson, Favors, Mitchell and Sefolosha coming off the bench.
Jonas isn't playing until they trade Favors and Johnson. Mitchel is an unproven rookie. Sefolosha should be an end of the bench defensive specialist. At least you didn't mention Exum!

Jonas Jerebko - good versatility and all around game

Hard to imagine an easier move here. The Jazz would have to give up recently acquired Ricky Rubio along with likely Rodney Hood, one of Donovan Mitchell or Dante Exum and a pick. But that hefty price would probably be worth it for a team with major offensive problems.
