Until they lose…then it’s everyone else’s fault lmao.
When Gobert’s teammates do well you give him credit.
When they don’t you don’t credit it with Gobert at all and blame the team.
Interesting stuff :lol

If a team sucks without you than you deserve lots of credit.

Wolves will win this in 6.

Wolves have a physical advantage. But so does Houston against GSW. But both are likely gonna continue to have trouble scoring enough points. Lakers in 6 or 7 more likely. GSW the same. Then the league will get their giant ratings from a nice long Lakers vs Golden State, LeBron & Luka vs Steph & Jimmy series Â….
The winner of which will likely be given a favorable whistle against OKC or the Clips in the Western Conference finals.

OKC, Warriors, Denver, Wolves are all better than the Lakers. I'd give the Lakers a slight edge over Houston.
But yeah, Lakers being the 3 seed overrates them if you only look at seeding. They won a lot of close games and the seeding is so close anyways in the West outside of OKC.
Lakers are fools gold this year with their terrible defense and they clearly need an offseason to figure out how Luka/Lebron/Reaves can actually work together.
Ideally Reaves is moved to 6th man and the Lakers slot a better defender into the starting lineup.
Lebron is the worst he's been since a rookie and his health isn't getting any better. The Lakers desperately need to find an actual playoff starting caliber center who can provide elite rim protection. Hayes is a joke.

Doncic is playing well but James is struggling likely due to lingering injury. LA certainly isn't doomed this series but they haven't looked like they're winning the West.

So smooth and effortless. Reminiscent of Dr. J's baseline layup.
Re: (3) Lakers vs. (6) Timberwolves First Round Playoff Series Thread
I know we're all guilty of this at playoff time but there have been some serious overreactions in here. The Lakers were done after game 1 and now people are saying the Lakers are better than the Wolves. Make your minds up.
The Wolves confidence and satisfaction of splitting the first two games is understandable but I didnt like them flat out saying that and they also seemed to take their foot off the gas last night, not wanting to overly exert themselves because they won game 1. A good strategy if they win the series.
But if the Lakers take game 3, they will shit themselves and rightly so. It will also be interesting to see which way the pendulum of ISH court of public opinion will go if that happens.

LeBron faking how hard he got hit the face last night...
