Hard to watch but obviously deserved. Dragging and kicking? Sickening.
poor kid. i don't know the exact circumstances of the case but it's probably blown out of proportion.
this is what happens when u veer off of the path.

Poor kid? He dragged her by the hair, punched her while she was down, then kidnapped her

The whole thing was caught on camera. I doubt any of it is blown out of proportion.
btw that was 3 counts 2 years + 3 years + 2 years
7 years in jail... his careers over
Serving all counts concurrently, meaning it's a 3 year sentence.

And despite that, she still asked the judge not to put him in prison.
Don't get involved with a female? This aint her fault. Dude needed counseling.
tsk tsk. If only he decided to wait 4 years to do this when he was an nba player, he probably would have to just pay a fine and community service, or very minimal jail time. Money can buy you freedom in this country. Sad, but true.

truth, but i meant it more as a speculative point, rather than an isolated case. who needs a judicial system when youre pulling in 6+ figures a year.
Dudes insane if he's pulling his GF's hair and dragging her.. Your not a caveman and your only 18 years old, you'll get ***** in college especially if had become a good college player.
He probably would have been one of those players who'll get suspended because he assaulted his GF or punched some girl.
What a light sentence.
Should be locked for 20.

He didn't allow her to leave...but obviously he did not put her up for ransom. Calling it Kidnapping is just weird.
And he took her phone so she wouldn't call anyone...and then they called it Robbery...lol. He probably gave the phone back...so how the F is that robbery?
damn... im sure he will get his 3 years
get off after 1 year with good behavior and be on probation though.... seems justified to me.
atleast we know who is getting picked first in the jailhouse pick up games!
either that or he quits b-ball and becomes islamic :lol
