I've never listened to him speak and got the impression he's a genius. He's a very result-oriented personnel manager and marketing person at the end of the day and he gets ahead at these things (very very far ahead) via questionable ethics from everything I've ever seen - not genius. (Rage firing, union busting, etc). like a painter/artist can be a genius without knowing how to build a rocket
