Basically what you're saying is that you have a problem with any positive cause that was inspired by personal tragedy. Newsflash dipshit when someone loses a relative to cancer, they usually become very active in causes for cancer prevention. In this case you have a poor girl who lost her life because she was failed by the system, so naturally there are going to people who take up that cause. Making sure it doesn't happen again means not only changing laws, but pointing fingers and shaming those that were responsible in the first place.
So I don't know what "agenda" you're talking about. We don't want it happening again. We don't want violent psychos roaming the streets. This should be something that's universally agreed upon, but for some reason you just can't bring yourself to do it.
