Do I smell an iverson hater?
I'd guess more of a Rose fan than an Iverson hater. If he simply hated Iverson, then Harris could be in that spot.
Devin Harris,Joe Johnson,Vince Carter,Ray Allen>AI IMO

Lmfao!
Lmfao!
i'm a Ray's homer but What's so funny???they all play better than AI,and their team is actually winning and getting better unlike AI
Devin Harris getting hosed. Do people voting even watch basketball?
i'm a Ray's homer but What's so funny???they all play better than AI,and their team is actually winning and getting better unlike AI
If A.I got his rhythm back, he would, even today I bet you iverson can put up points like he did throughout his career, which none of those players can do like he did.
To all the people that feel the need EVERY year to bash Chinese people over the fan voting thing, this is to you........
Yao is the only Chinese player ever voted in. Wang and Meng were not voted in. Yi was not voted in last year. Yi is on the ballot now and still he will NOT be voted in obviously based on the early returns.
Yao is also the best center in the west and was deserving of being voted in every year other than his rookie year (when he was still the 2nd best center in the West anyway and Shaq was voted in by the coaches anyway)..........
so, why the hell do people feel the need to make the derogatory comments about Chinese people and the internet voting? Your claims are simply wrong, have no basis, and sound purely racist.
Brandon Roy getting no love, and neither is Devin Harris.
Neither is Pierce :oldlol:
Neither is Pierce :oldlol:
Pierce is just like AI. He's not playing at an all-star level right now. I'd rather see Granger in over Pierce.
If A.I got his rhythm back, he would, even today I bet you iverson can put up points like he did throughout his career, which none of those players can do like he did.
i'm not hating on AI but let me know when he got his rhythm back
Almost six pages in and still no comment about Boozer's omission :wtf:. Yeah, I agree that Yi should not be as high as he is, but Carlos Boozer (20.5 Pts, 11.7 Reb, 2.7 Ast, .92 Stl, 55.9% FG%) is not even in the Top 10, behind the likes of Ron Artest, Bruce Bowen, Shane Battier, Josh Howard, Luis Scola, and Lamar Odom :banghead:. The sad thing is that nobody even NOTICED that he was missing, like the child you left home while on vacation but don't realize until you get home. Now who wants to argue that the Jazz get just as much attention as other teams?
Neither is Pierce :oldlol:
And pierce called himself the best player in the world lmao
i wonder how kobe and shaq in the same lineup works out with the possibility of Pjax coaching.

the man is averaging 18, 6, 3 on 39 % !!
For me those are numbers worthy of a finals mvp and a self proclaimed best player in the planet..............

Yi getting those number of votes is understandable. But dalembert and luke ridnour???
Yi getting those number of votes is understandable. But dalembert and luke ridnour???
People must have been using them as the fake votes. I was voting with Jose to get Mo voted in. Looks like he won't though.
The starters as of now are Dwight / KG / Bron / Wade / AI for the East and Yao / Duncan / Amare / Kobe / Paul for the West. I don't see a problem.

The West is fine, but A.I. shouldn't be starting point blank period.
Why the f*** is Luke Ridnour ahead of Rose,JJ,Devin Haris
This is blesphamy, blesphamy? THIS IS SPARTA
Here is a blog that will keep track of voting Stephon Marbury into the All-Star game.
HOW TO DO IT
Go to:
http://www.nba.com/allstar2009/asb/eng/daily.html
Fill out the ballot however you like EXCEPT for the East Guards.
This part is IMPORTANT!
For East Guards (change the tab at the top) choose STEPHON MARBURY and choose from a list of

Luke Ridnour
Anthony Parker
Raymond Felton
Lol if this happened and backfired
I'm still laughing at the number of votes Yi got. And for the people saying it's not China that's voting for him - use some common sense. Who the hell in America is going to vote for him?
Amare over Melo - I didn't expect that but it's a pleasant surprise. I thought Melo had more fans. I'd like to see Amare start - Duncan/Amare/Yao is a crazy frontcourt. Though one of them is gonna have to guard Lebron :lol
Why the f*** is Luke Ridnour ahead of Rose,JJ,Devin Haris

madness is the right word, not blesphamy.
and how is JJ? jj barea? sorry, i'm a little behind.
I think Devin Harris or Jose Calderon should be the starting PG in the Eastern Conference.
Where am I? I should be in the ASG,I would be the ASG MVP for sure
Where am I? I should be in the ASG,I would be the ASG MVP for sure
Aren't you working at a McDonalds or something? Get me a burger, b*tch.
YI getting so many votes is understandable because of the chinese voters...but why is guys like Ridnour, calderon and nelson get more votes than joe johnson, rose and harris?
why agent 0 is on the list...he never play a single game this season. why sam dalembert is on top of guys like big Z, Okafar, and J o'neal?
why shane battier is on the list too?
why T-Mac is third on the west guard when this guy is having the worst season in his life?
madness is the right word, not blesphamy.

Madness, blesphamy, you get the point...
JJ: Joe Johnson
Fan voting has been retarded for a while now. Let's change it to NBA coaches/ass coaches.
I'd like to see the players have a vote. The players probably know even better than the coaches who the best truly are
Why are Gilbert Arenas and Shane Battier even getting votes when they haven't played all season.
AND WHERE IS ANTOINE WALKER?!
And Yi is third in East Forward voting.
I don't mind how the rest of the voting is turning out, but Yi getting third? Ahead of Bosh, Marion, Pierce? HOW????? Damn Chinese don't understand.
Chinese dude Chinese
If he makes the ****ing team, Im going to China
