You do know how much semen samples they found in ONE pair Kate Fabers panites don't you?
You do know they found a semen sample of the person that was susposed to be testifying for her don't you?
Give it up, me and you both know kobe didn't rape anybody.
You know its possible to rape a whore right? Based off her story she gave up the ass consensually but after Kobe asked to bust on her face she didn't want to anymore. If after she said no he kept going then its rape.
And this isn't to say I think he raped her, I think that not enough evidence came to light to prove it either way, I just can't stand when people claim a woman's sex life means its impossible that she was raped.

Kerr admitted that he swung first. Ancd actually, Kobe has punched teammates (Samaki Walker).

The semen samples only means she had a sexual encounter around the time of her incident with Kobe. It was not revealed if they were already there before or after whatever went down with Kobe. A good lawyer would have been able to prevent the jury from hearing about her sexual past, possibly including the semen sample from the other man.
And you seem to have forgotten about the blood found on those same panties. Seeing that in this instance Bryant admitted to the girl's refusing to allow him to bust on her face and then leaving the room in a hurry after the sexual encounter than enough evidence existed to bring the case before a jury had she chose to testify. Again not passing my personal opinion of what happened, just stating what likely would have occurred had the court proceedings not been halted by the settlement.
lmao @ Loki. The sh!t Jordan said to his teammates > anything Kobe has ever done to his teammates. Do you want me to get the quote book out? Clown.

But they did.. but I guess that was all Lebron. KD is at it again.
So if Kobe had willed the 06 or 07 Lakers to the finals with Smush Parker and Kwame Brown and then had a bad finals series you'd be ripping him as much as you do Bron? I didn't think so. The level of his teammates do make a difference. If Bron struggles with this team in the playoffs as much as he did in the past I'll be the first to rip him on it. The question is what will you do?
Kobe24 I'm still waiting on your response.

Blood doesn't mean rape. More like, her being on her period. Sure she had a case she could've made, but if he really raped her, I doubt she would've settled out of court for about 35% of the money she would've got, and to let someone who raped her go about his buisness.
Kobe24 I'm still waiting on your response.
You can't compare Kobe's teammates to Lebron's teammates. Lebron has legit teammates while Kobe had TERRIBLE teammates. If he played bad in a series, I would say it was PARTIALLY his fault but there's just so much you can do when your starting PG is Smush and starting C is Kwame.
LMAO @ bringing that "rape" case with that mental retard known as Katelyn Faber. What kind of rape accuser brags about another mans size? She had issues.

I'm speaking about the 05-08 Cavs whose starting backcourt was primarily Eric Snow and Larry Hughes. Talent wise those teams weren't much different than those Lakers teams before last year.

You have to be kidding me? Gooden, Z and Gibson weren't more talented than Odom, Kwame and Smush? Seriously...
Kwame COULDN'T even catch a ball. Odom was inconsistent as hell. Smush? He gave a red carpet to EVERY PG which got so bad that Phil had to start a ROOKIE PG in the playoffs which never happened before. Kobe's "supporting" cast was one of the worst casts in the HISTORY of the league.
http://www.lakersweb.net/rosters/lalakers_2005_2006.htm
Look at that roster and tell me it's even close to the 05-08 Cavs rosters.
Why people like him: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZCefBT5Ngk
He's definitely not a relatable guy, and I think that's partially by design. I remember when he first got to the league and interviews would ask what Laker legends were helping him out, and he seemed to bristle at the concept at the idea of someone else taking credit for the work that he does. He's just a basketball nerd that doesn't really care for much else.

I agree, but in this case the victims own first account didn't constitute rape. Having buyers remorse after star ****ing isn't rape. Not being treated well during sex, then being told to take off, isn't rape. Had Kobe not been a jerk, then blocked the door and asked her to calm down he probably wouldn't have gotten in trouble. Actually if he just had a normal personality he probably wouldn't have gotten in trouble.
Fact : When LeBron got to the Finals, he was still younger than :
- 43.3% of the players who got drafted in the 1st round of that year's draft
- 73.3% of the players who got drafted in the 2nd round of that year's draft
- 72% of all the rookies (I didn't calculate that stat but it was shown on ESPN, so I don't know if it's exact or not, the others definitely are though)
While being on one of the most untalented teams to make it to the Finals.
And yet Kobe fans are talking sh*t :oldlol:

None of these teams are any more talented than the Lakers teams that Kobe had. The only things these teams excelled at were rebounding and defense. They had no 2nd option (while the Lakers had Odom), had a young coach just learning the ropes (instead of Phil Jackson), and besides last year had no point guard (just like the Lakers). I'm not seeing the difference.
I hate Kobe's selfishness
I hate his immaturity
I hate that he feels privileged/entitled
I hate that he's a *****
I hate that he's very fake
I hate that he tries to hard
The rape accusation doesn't affect me whatsoever.
The Lakers breaking up is multi faceted and many people can get blamed, but I do believe that Kobe is the biggest culprit.
He being a bad teammate wouldn't bother me. But he throws his teammates under the bus way to often, he puts the blame on others and makes a bunch of excuses, not only for his failures but for future possible failures.
As far as his fans are concerned.....
I try to separate them from him, but somehow I think they're an extension of him. It may be a wrong assumption, but oh well.
But anyway.... there are no words that can explain how I HATE his "stans" (fans are different than stans).
I don't hate Kobe the "person" as much as I hate the player. There are traits of Kobe the "person" that I dislike, and while he might be a good guy, he's what we call a *****. You can be cool with him, but you can't really trust him.
I think he brings alot of this hate onto himself.
And for those that say.... "Well Mj was like this... or like that"
MJ EARNED the right to have the double standards bestowed upon him.... PERIOD!
I don't think Kobe raped that girl. I think he got more freaky and rough than she wanted then blew her off after she was done.
Kobe was guilty of bad judgement and having an overinflated opinion of himself. Kind of like he does on the basketball court.
But all jokes aside, anyone who calls Kobe a rapisst is an idiot.
edit - Cant believe that r-a-p-i-s-t gets starred out like other curse words on here.
A perfect example of Kobe's sense of entitlement is......
During his first all star game, when he waived the Karl Malone screen off.
That play alone is Kobe in a nutshell.

Nah he paid her. Originally he said he wouldn't do that, but he caved at the end. The amount she was given was never disclosed though.

"I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year," Bryant said in the three-paragraph statement. "Although this year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only imagine the pain she has had to endure."
Bryant said he now understood "how she sincerely feels she did not consent to this encounter" and said he had paid the woman no money. The 26-year-old Laker star, however, indicated that her civil lawsuit would proceed and said it would "be decided by and between the parties involved."

My guess is that she willingly gave it up, but then she started getting mad when he was getting too rough and wanted to bust on her face, and told him to stop. He claims he stopped right away when she told him to stop, but I think he kept banging her. The question is for how long. A long time, or just a few seconds?
He didn't even know about pre-ejaculatory semen. :oldlol:

Sounds like he paid her to dismiss the civil suit.
Kobe and the accuser eventually settled out of court.

Maybe that's why Bynum got injured two years in a row. He's the key to the Lakers' championship hopes and he can't be healthy because Kobe has been cursed for the remainder of his career...
Politically correct is different than being fake.
Nobody's hating Kobe because he lost, but how he lost. Kobe quit on the team. Find where Jordan did that.
Apples and oranges. Jordan was tough on guys he didn't think was giving their all. I didn't hear too much about in-fighting with Scottie Pippen or a power struggle with Phil Jackson. Even the tension with Horace Grant stayed behind closed doors. And besides all that...he was even tougher on himself. He didn't blame guys when he himself didn't give his all. He didn't give up in big games then talk about how his teammates weren't "tough" enough. He doesn't have a trail of ex-teammates saying they left the team because of him. Phil Jackson never wrote a book saying how much of a cancer and prima-donna he was.
There's a difference in calling someone "Crumbs" or "Will Vanderbilt" and telling police that his teammate gave girls hush money.
Wizards *cough*
Are we really discussing the details of Kobe's rape case? How low can you get? This topic should be locked.
I hate that he feels privileged/entitled
I think that's one of the main things that turn people off. I know it is for me. Kobe pretty much has had everything handed to him since he came into the league. It's like that rich kid you knew back in high school who literally had everything they ever wanted, yet would always complain about how much their life sucked or how nobody understands them. He was privileged to play with one of the greatest and most dominant players of all time, winning three rings and being an annual championship contender, yet whined and complained about having to share the spotlight with Shaq or that Phil Jackson was holding him back with the triangle offense. When he finally got his wish, he whined and complained again like no superstar has ever had to carry a poor team. KG did it for years in Minnesota. T-Mac did it in Orlando. With the exception of this year, Lebron's been doing it since he came into the league. D-Wade's doing it this year. You would think the Lakers were the worst team in the league that year he demanded a trade despite the fact that they overachieved two straight years making the playoffs when most people thought they wouldn't. All that whining and complaining got him Pau Gasol gift wrapped, further adding to that spoiled little brat image.
Are we really discussing the details of Kobe's rape case? How low can you get? This topic should be locked.
Not lower than Kobe Bryant apparently?
What's wrong with discussing open case files?
And on Kobe feeling entitled, even when he first came into the league he said to teams thinking drafting him "I will only play for the Lakers." (Hornets drafted him so they could get Diviac).
That cartoon was sooooo funny and true at the same time.

Agreed with alot.
But maybe too harsh dont ya think?
I dont like him but I "respect" him as a PLAYER.
And the ratio for "trolls" are higher for Kobe than lebron.
Some Kobe fans are so bad, that when Kobe has an off-night, but Gausol or Odom steps up and are the Game MVP's, they still give ALL the credit to Kobe.
Those kinds aren't even Laker fans!
Where in the world did you get that stupidity?? Prove it...find those "Laker fans" that do that. Show the posts...prove it.
And what I hate the most about Kobe is how he's paid off the majority of NBA coaches and NBA analysts to say that he would be their "CLOSER" if they had a choice, that he's the best player in the league, etc. Because of course they're just saying it to be "PC"!!! Of course they all know, just like most of these posters, that Kobe is "OVER-RATED." These professionals are just lying to make Kobe happy...it's a dayum conspiracy, isn't it!! I'm not a Kobe lover, but, your jealousy of him is ridiculous!! GTFOH!! :sleeping
