This. Can't really tell the first girl, needs to see her from a different angle. But the second girl is definitely "fat". Probably not morbidly obese, but still a little overweight, or chubby, however you want to put it. Kate Upton is not even a good comparison at all.

Most people who gets a healthy amount of exercise wouldn't look that that. exceptions being offensive linemen and pablo sandoval.

Seems to be an argument over semantics. Yes, these girls are technically obese. Yes, these girls are fairly normal size... because something like 60% of American adults are considered obese.
The fat, dumb people are taking over.
If you way more than you should for your height and body fat then you are over weight.
