The game has 5 minutes left in it and I clicked on Flash DVR and started it from the beginning of the game.
Can you re-watch the game at a later time? I like re-watching certain Nets games and from you're statement it seems like you can only re-watch games by clicking on some button ONLY before the game is about to finish.

Wow..That looks really good. Even though I have a TV in my room, I still want to get this streaming service because I like watching on my laptop as well.

Yes I'm pretty sure they have an archive of all the games.

I know they just started doing this a few months ago. And when asked about archiving they said any game they'd stream will be 100% archived. You can also watch it sped up or edited and also when looking at the Cavs they had archived games that went back to late March of 2013.

You can watch the game from the beginning in the archive 5 mins after the game just started, or you can watch the full game after it's finished.

Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
Jameer, did you post the url in the OP using their 'referral program' thing? I'm not sure if you actually have to buy an account first in order to get credit, it seems like you do.
But in the event you do, I'd be fine with clicking a referral link from you. It's $2 for every full year someone buys it with your link.
http://www.ballstreams.com/referral_program
If not, I'll click one from Meticode since he's also put in a lot of work with the screenshots and all. I probably won't buy until November 1.

didn't even know they had a referral program. Thanks for the heads up
Here's my link if anyone cares to use it: http://www.ballstreams.com/ref/1072
Meticode probably deserves it more though so I advise you use his if he posts it.

i actually did read it:facepalm what i got from it was that jemeer was the one that gave us the site, and hes the one that needs the referrals while meticode has the money to buy himself a subscription yet hes asking for everyone to refer even after jameer posted his own refer link. thats a hijack.

hijack seems a little harsh but agree looks like jameer need it more,
he should edit the first post to his own reffera, and maybe list melticode refferal second

Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
I will definitely try out a day pass to see how it looks over here. I'm excited.
-
Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
I bought a year the other day.
a quick little review:
all the games have been HD quality. Load times have quick. When fast forwarding through commercials, it only takes about 15 seconds (at worst) to load.
The on demand feature is great. i can go back to games from june, and all of summer league and preseason. the "condensed" game option doesnt seem to work. but thats something that may change during the regular season.
Ballstreams seems to be becoming more and more popular. hopefully the nba doesnt win the war against them.

Do a week IMO. Barely double the price more and you get 7 days. 1 day isn't sufficient especially during regular season when some games aren't even streamed because they aren't televised.

To be completely honest. I didn't even think of that. I kept thinking you already had to purchase a subscription to get people to refer to you, but I forgot you can get a free account registered without buying anything. FYI Jameer is the one that said that people should used me as a referral since I tested it out for people. I didn't bring it up first, he did.
In any case... HIJACK was pretty f*cking harsh though. Makes me feel bad you think that way...

Apparently copyrights don't touch them because their severs are located in the Netherlands. They've been doing this for about 6 years with the NHL and haven't had any issues whatsoever. So they expanded to the NBA.
-
Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
Should I buy the 6 month package or the 1 year package?
-
Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
Why buy a year? wait till the jan,2014 and buy 6 months.
-
Re: Anyone tried out Ballstreams?
My cable company wants $59.99 a month for a basic package, plus the cost of NBA league pass. Screw it, i'm gonna try Ballstreams and see how it goes.
